to book accommodation for Yatra

Go to Yatra Registration Page

Click “Yatra” on the top menu① and then click “Registration” ②

Once you are in “List of registered devotees” page click “Book accommodation” button.

Read “General terms and conditions” click “I agree” to continue.

Click “Start accommodation booking” button.

Choose a Room.
You can search a room by code ① or by room number ②. Result will appear in ③. You can also
use filter ④ for fine grained search.

How to use filter?
Click on any one of the drop down list ① and check the boxes you want to filter. To see the result
click on “Show filtered result” ② button.

Select a room
To select a room and allocate it to devotees, click on the room icon ①.

Allocation of room to devotees

Check the box in front of devotee’s name ①. In this way select all the devotees you want to allocate in
the room. To finish allocation, click on “Allocate devotees now” ② button.

Click “Next step” ① to allocate room at the next location. Click ② to change allotment the current
location. And click ③ to book another room at this location.

Review your bookings on this page and click “Next step” ① to go to make payment page.

Click “Submit” button ① to go to payment gateway page to make the payment for the rooms you
selected.
