APPEAL LETTER FOR THE NON-CLOSURE OF BRIDGE

Dear Mayor Fresnedi:

Good day!

We are the residents of (insert the exact address of the affected residents). We have come
together to work and plead against the possible closure of the bridge located
at___________________ in view of the impending creek widening project of (insert the name of
the project).

We are submitting this appeal to your office for the non-closure of the bridge located at
____________.

We are also requesting for a dialogue with your good office, so that the actual and directly
affected residents can have the opportunity to present our case and arguments against the
imminent and impending closure of the bridge, the only ingress and egress of the undersigned
from (insert the exact address) (herein referred to as Cabrera Property).

It is our understanding that the residents surrounding the Cabrera property has been notified of
(insert the name of the project), however, no notice was sent to the undersigned as regards the
same which can result to the possible isolation of the Cabrera property.

Our resistance against the impending closure of the bridge is based on the potential isolation of
the Cabrera property without access to existing public road or street.

Attached here are the photographs of the affected property, which elaborates this matter.

We sincerely hope that your good office will be able to accommodate our group to have a
dialogue at your convenience. We collectively look forward to have a genuine dialogue about
this important matter.
