for Parameters affecting Environment : 4 Originals + 5 Copies from PT. Geoservices
7. Draft Survey Report : 4 Originals + 5 Copies from PT. Geoservices
8. Certificate of Hold Cleanliness : 4 Originals + 5 Copies from PT. Geoservices
9. Certificate of Origin : 4 Originals + 5 Copies from PT. Geoservices
10. Certificate of Origin Form E : 4 Original + 1 Triplicate + 5 Copies (FORM E)
