EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION SURVEY PROCESS


1.0 Purpose
To define Employee Satisfaction Survey Process that enables:
1. Assessment of the levels of employee satisfaction with respect to;
i. General Administration
ii. Management Role & Communication
iii. Manager’s Attributes, Interpersonal Skills, Team Management and Leadership
iv. Individual Roles & Responsibilities, Training & Development and Career Path,
and
v. HR Functions
2. Address (wherever feasible) concerns raised by employee.
3. Recognize, promote and protect the employee rights, including the right to comment or
complain.
4. Enable the nature of concerns raised to be monitored to improve the quality of services
by identifying and rectifying practices that may be impeding the quality of these.
5. Ensure the ‘concerns’ handling process is transparent and comprehensive drawing the
areas of Improvement, Corrective Action Items and implementation.

2.0 Scope
This procedure applies to all the Employees of Locuz who are on rolls of the company.

5.0 Process description

5.1 Survey program

When Employee Satisfaction Survey Program is conducted on a yearly basis for the
purpose of understanding concerns and issues that employees have regarding the
company , work , manager, etc and to encourage open and fair feedback process
Who HR team conducts the Survey ; Team may also travel if and when required to the
locations / customer’s place for feedback from the Employees deputed there
How This Survey is made online at weblink via HR Portal where the employee logs on
to the portal with their Employee ID and Password and fills in the required data.

5.2 Process of filling


Step–I Log on to HR Portal with your Employee ID and Password (In case of trouble
logging in, please contact Mr. XYZ for password corrections).
Step–II Click on “Survey” tab found at the end of the tabs section. Then click on the
Transactions tab found below the tabs in the center.
Step–III Now click on the Survey Form tab found on the left of the page.
Step–IV Fill in all the details required in the form as appeared on the screen and then
click on Submit.

NOTE: No corrections can be made in the form once submitted. So ensure to fill in correctly and
thoughtfully before you click on SUBMIT
