Mains Failure controller unit is most
versatile and ragged. It is immune to
industrial noise and fluctuation in the
supply voltages.

It operate [starts, stops] the DG and

monitor for faults, speed [RPM],
frequency, Voltage, Current, running
duration [hour meter] and battery
voltage. It switches the load on Mains or
on DG.

SALIENT FEATURES:
1. Works in 3 modes like AUTO, MANUAL and BY PASS.
2. 16 X 2 line LCD (with back light) for status indication.
3. Nine inputs monitoring (inputs are +ve or –ve active).
4. Five output controllers. Three out puts are +ve drives.
5. Two nonpotential relays for switching Load on Mains or
Load on DG.
6. Inputs are optically isolated for signals.
7. Working auxiliary power is 9vdc to 36vdc.
8. Seven functional keys: Acknowledge, Reset, Test & Emergency stop,
Para, Start and Stop.
9. Parameters setting provision.
10. Monitoring of DG’s frequency, RPM, Voltage & Current.
11. Panel mounting type cabinet (size: 96x96 x85 mm).

PARAMETER SETTING:
The SPC-100 has the following settings and monitoring provisions by using 5 front panel Keys.
PARA: Select the different parameters to be set or monitor.
RESET: Unit RESET button.
UP/TEST: Multi functional key, for increment/change the PARA or Run the DG TEST function.
DOWN/E.STOP: Multi functional key, for decrement/ change the PARA or Emergency STOP of DG.
ENTER/ACK: Multi functional key, for Enter the change PARA and come out of settings, and
Acknowledge The HOOTER to Stop.
