This has reference to the Conduct of 2019 Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit.
DILG-DSWD-DepEd-DOH JMC No. 2019-01 dated August 28, 2019, titled “Revised CFLGA
and Implementation Guidelines” intends to provide the LGUs and other concerned
agencies guidance in the conduct of the Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA)
and ensure their commitment in the audit implementation.
Further, the Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance (SCFLG), as a result of the audit,
is used as input for the SGLG and the Presidential Award for Child-Friendly Cities &
Municipalities (PACFMC).
We will be providing CFLGA Certification to concerned departments for the

corresponding data input and may we request to submit the Certification/s with attached
Means of Verifications not later than October 7, 2019 for review and validation by the
Provincial Audit Team on October 11, 2019.
