Greetings!
The undersigned would like to indorse the case filed by_________________________ against
__________________________ for a dispute on land boundary. On the part of the barangay,
the following procedure were made:

1. Parties were called for mediation of the complaint but the mediation proceeding did
not result to any amicable settlement;

2. The Punong Barangay set the meeting of the parties for the constitution of the
Pangkat;

3. The respondent willfully failed or refused to appear without justifiable reason at the
conciliation proceedings before the Pangkat.

Therefore, the corresponding complaint for the dispute may now be filed in court/government
office.
