TO AND IN FAVOUR OF
Whereas, the party of the first part have been sanctioned a loan of Rs.16,60,000/-
(Rupees Sixteen Lakhs and Sixty thousand only) at Chennai. Whereas the
PARTY OF FIRST PART has agreed that the repayment of the said loan of
Rs.16,60,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs and Sixty thousand only) shall be
secured by deposit of the Deeds of immovable property belonging to
him/her/them.
Whereas, the party of the first part have agreed to create the security interest to
secure the sanctioned loan to be advanced/agreed to be advanced by Housing
Development Finance Corporation Limited THE LENDER as the secured creditor
in accordance with the provisions of Section – 58(f) of Transfer of Property Act,
1882.
Whereas, the party of the first part is authorized to deposit the said Title
Documents with intent to create a mortgage on the said Immovable Property.

East by - Private Property,
West by - 22 Feet Wide Road.
Measuring on the:
East to West on the Northern Side - 54’- 11” ,
East to West on the Southern Side - 55’- 2”,
North to South on the Eastern Side - 24’- 0”,
North to South on the Western Side - 24’- 0”.
