 Responsible to optimize the cluster for good coverage.

 Responsible for Analysis of Call Drop, Call Set up failure, Interference in
network and Handover Analysis.
 Analyzing Drive Test Data and finding solutions for low RSRP level,
Interference, sector shooting and bad quality issues, Overlapping of Servers.
 Macro Cell and Small cell planning indoor and outdoor in 4G networks
 Maintain entire network related activities such as ISPs, LAN, WAN and
wireless network.
 Providing Service Assurance to customer with in SLA.
 Switch’s & Router’s Configurations.
 Monitoring Switches, Router s, LAN cabling.
 Installation and configuration of RAD switches and Cisco ASR Routers.
 Management of CISCO ASR920 & 901 Series routers.
