EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

 About 8 years of experience in Planning, Managing, Executing,Telecom Projects.

 Plan and execute project for Infrastructure,Broadband and Telecom network
deployment using EMS and NMS.
 Developing coordination mechanism with various internal stakeholders SCM,
planning, infrastructure, quality teams, O and M, Business etc.
 Executing of Network rollout (GPON) i.e. Fiber, Poles ,FDP ,FTTH , PECD, OLT,
FDT, JC, FAT, Splitters.
 Working on (GPON) Gigabyte Passive optical Network technology to provide full
service access network FTTX.
 Good at handling team and planning in advance to meet the Target timelines.
 Working on Telecom projects ISP/OSP and on devices like OLT Routers,Switches,
Industrial Media Converters,Clusters etc.
 Good and efficient at OTDR tracing,power meter, Source meter,VFL to find fiber cut
and loss.
 Using Apps like M construction for field work updation and M Fault for maintenance.
 Team Leading and Conducting Regular meetings to avoid gaps and ensure timely
completion of project.
 Ensure implementation of quality, health, safety, environment and fire policies.
 Coordinate with Vendors and ROW team for application filing and obtaining
permissions.
 Tracking and Maintaining all the Network Rollout Documents , Material Ordering,
Deployment Signoff, MSA ,BOQ with Execution.

The project provisioned a fiber-to-the premises (FTTP) infrastructure by deploying an ITU-T
standard GPON technology. The network consists of OLTs, passive optical splitters, distribution
terminals and optical fibers.
