ABSTRACT

This study was conducted to determine the Personality of Senior High

School Teachers at the Alabel National High School year 2018-2019. This study

made use descriptive survey method. Data were gathered through a survey

questionnaire and were treated using frequency count, weighted mean.

Results revealed that Senior High School Teacher s have different

personalities based on the questionnaire and survey made. It is concluded that

Senior High School Teachers has different number of years in service, civil

status, educational attainment and personality types : ( Sanguine, Melancholic,

Phlegmatic and Choleric)
