My Search.

+ General Information | My Search.

This screen gives you the option to search by AWB numbers. You need to be logged
in to use this service. The most recent shipments (the ones with the latest pick-up
time at destination) will be shown first and all shown AWBs are sorted by descending
pick-up times. By clicking on one of the AWB rows, the AWB details will be displayed.

+ LAT and TOA | What are LAT and TOA?

LAT stands for Latest Acceptance Time. This is an important milestone as this means
the latest time your shipment has to be at our cargo facility.
TOA stands for Time of Availability. This is the time when the shipment will be ready
for pick up at destination. Should a second TOA be displayed this means a re-
planning took place and this is the revised pick up time at the final destination.

+ My Subscriptions | Where can I view my subscribed AWBs?

Please go to “My shipments” and click on “My Subscriptions”. You will see all
shipments you have subscribed to.

+ Save as PDF / as Excel | Which export functionalities do I have?

As a logged in user you may choose between exporting your shipment status
information in pdf or xls format. Exporting to excel allows you to further process data
in csv format as all collapsible panels are shown in different worksheets. Both formats
allow you to print the information. Please note that the pdf export version is limited to
50 AWBs. You may adjust your selection by using the filter option or selecting only
favorites or subscribed AWBs.

+ Show times in local time / UTC | Can I change the display of dates and times?
By default all times are displayed as local times. You may choose to change the
dates and times to UTC (Coordinated Universal Time; formerly known as “world
time”).

+ Subscribe selection | How can I subscribe to AWBs in the search list?

In the shipment list all subscribed AWBs are marked with a “bell” icon. If you would
like to change your subscription you can either click on it to subscribe to one AWB, or
simply tick the boxes of multiple AWBs followed by the button “Subscribe selection”.
You can also click on “Select all” / “Subscribe selection” to subscribe to all AWBs on
your current shipment list. If you click on “Subscribe selection” a pop-up window
opens allowing you to change your subscriptions, such as adding or deleting email
addresses or change the status information messages you would like to receive.
