Sarmiento,Jusilito"Noli"Manaloand JunPassaporte with the name Delta Kappa Rho
andwas constituted on the said date but waschangeinto a body known as the ALPHA
KAPPA RHO onaugust 8,1973. The seed of theorganization hasbeen planted and the need
became clear for aformal structure to contain the mutualfeelingsamong members. The
SKEPTRON SOCIETY hasalways been and always will be anorganizationsteeped in the
traditions of the pastand dedicatedto the pursuit of Brotherhood &Sisterhood.
Theorganization is made up of men & womenfrom allcultures, religious backgrounds
andinterests, ithas spread through out the archipelago andthrough out the world. We
do notdiscriminate onthe basis of race, disability, creed,politicalbeliefs, sexual
preference, etc. We maintainloyalty, and unity, while we strive
forpatience,perseverance and pride.
