A: Since childhood.

A: Yes.
18. Q: Prior to the June 14, 2014 marriage, did you have any sexual intercourse with her?
A: No.

A: Yes, on separate occasions either of they would call me and update me about events.

A: Not much, sometimes I would get confused because they had different stories.
37. Q: Different stories, what do you mean?
38. Q: So when your mother called you about the delivery of your baby what did you do next, if
any?
A: I went to look for my wife and the baby but I was met by my mother along the way and
she told me that my wife and the baby are still resting?
A: I asked my mom about the condition of the baby because I was worried.
A: I was worried because since the baby was born earlier than scheduled, the baby might
not be healthy.
45. Q: What was your reaction when your mother told you about the baby?
A: I was happy but at the same time shocked because I thought the baby was premature.
A: I went to the doctor and the doctor told me that the baby was born healthy and in full
term.
A: I confronted my wife and asked her if I was really the father of the baby
A: I left the conjugal home and stayed at a friend’s house for the meantime.
52. Q: In those weeks, did you have any other conversation with your wife?
A: Yes, she would come visit me in my friend’s house to convince me to come home.
A: I told her that I will not come home until she tells me the truth.
A: I sought the help of a lawyer because I don’t want to give support to the child because I
have a strong belief that the baby was not mine.
A: I pray to this Honorable Court that our marriage be annulled on the ground of the fraud
committed by my wife, respondent in this case.
