(From August 2016 to present)
Designation: Technical Officer (PPMD)
Planning, Preventive Maintenance Department,
And Coordination with Project Team.
Responsibilities: Inspection of all rotary equipments, material
transportation and De-dusting system like Crusher, Stacker, Re-claimer,
Vertical raw mill, Raw ball mill, Rotary kiln, Vertical cement mill, Cement
Ball mill, Conveyor Belt, Bucket Elevator, Air Slide, Screw Conveyor,
Electro Static Precipitator, Bag Filters (Bag House). Maintaining daily
inspection report and check list. Especially critical equipments & preventive
maintenance. Supervise dynamic balancing activity of fans/impeller.
Monitoring of smooth operation. Maintaining & implementing safety
standards during production, maintenance, plant shut down, installation,
dismantling and commissioning activities.
Supervise the overall dismantling and installation activity of Electro static
Precipitator (ESP) Retrofit into Bag filter (Bag House) project.

Pellets (IOP) handling area like Bucket wheel Stacker, Re-claimer,
Vibrating screen, Vibrating Feeder, and Bag filter and Wet scrubber.
Supervision of product handling area, ensuring safe packaging/Bagging
(2.5 ton PP jumbo bag) by fork lifter of DRI product, Training &
Development of front line workers for smooth operation with safety
standards. Maintaining & monitoring of heavy equipments regarding
material handling. Troubleshooting during production stoppage, Maintaining
& implementing safety standards during production. Supervise DRI (Direct
Reduce Iron) plant commissioning activities. Ensuring safe storage of
product till delivery, Assuring quality of product in collaboration with
QA/QC.

Responsibilities: Ensure safe & smooth operation of 1000 MT/hr, Circle
yard Stacker and Re-claimer with single pile 50,000 MT capacity yard for
pure Lime Stone (02 lines) & 750 MT/hr Additive crusher, Stacker and
Bridge Scraper Re-claimer double piles with 20,000 Mt capacity, two in one
yard with 50,000 MT total Yard capacity for Clay and Coal piles (02 Lines),
assuring just in time delivery of crushed material (Lime Stone, Clay,
Laterite (Iron ore), Coal, Bauxite, Gypsum) for production. Troubleshooting
during production stoppage. Monitoring and supervise of safe working
during erection & commissioning of crusher, stacker & re-claimer, Chevron
and Windrower Storage yard.
Collaboration with PLC/DCS (Contractor programming team)
