PROFESSIONAL HISTORY:
A. Al Safwa Cement Company (Polysius Plant having capacity of 5350 tpd, A Project
of LafargeHolcim Group).
Now Working as a Cement & Additive Manager (Managing Cement Operation,
Production Spares (Refractory & Media) & arranging Additives (Raw
Materials).(Planner, Performance Costing Analytical Engineer) Since Dec 2009-till
now.
 Participated in commissioning of plant and PGT activities.
 Participating in preparing Production Annual Budget as per Sales
Targets.
 Member of four Safety & Operational committees in plant (Confined
Space, WAH, RCA & Reliability Committee).
 Planning of Kiln/Mills shutdowns (necessary tools, stocks of
materials as per shutdown plan, arranging the Contractors for
repairing job).
 Involve in plant performance activities and guide sub ordinates to get
quality production targets in minimum cost and safe way. Developed
KPI’s to analyse the mills performance (for production and utilization
of media).
 Develop and manage the strategies, plans and budgets as agreed with
the Plant director to achieve the organizational and financial objectives
of the company. This includes working closely with the Maintenance &
Production team in the drafting and agreeing of strategy, Optimized

B. Serving in Riyadh Cement Company, Riyadh , as a Production Clinker
Engineer.(Reporting to Production Manager)
Since October 2007 to Nov 2009. Plant having capacity of 5000 tpd. Participated in
plant commissioning.
i) Regular
o Attend all abnormalities in the Plant without loss of time & coordinate
with the Maintenance Departments about shut down jobs.
o Achieve Operational Parameters & Production Targets.
o Assign responsibilities to subordinates and monitor their performance.
o Ensure that supervisors and workers observe norms of discipline.
o Supervise the manufacturing of Daily Production Report.
o Keep Manager Production informed on all activities/problems and seek their
advice where necessary.
o Ensure adherence to the safety & quality standards.
ii) Occasional
o Supervise clogging removal, refractory work in area.
o Member of the monthly stock taking committee.
o Perform many other function as may be assigned by Manager
C. Serving in Bestway Cement Ltd. Chakwal , as Kiln Area Incharge (Sr.
Assistant Manager) since April 2006 to September 2007,Plant having capacity of 6000
tpd. Participated in plant erection & commissioning.

imporve Operation knowledge & Lack of Operators).

Assistant Manager (Production) since April 2004(Join as trainee Engineer) to
March 2006.
