breakdown with Remedial proposal.

annual audit of department with external auditor.
 Responsible to inspect and verify the operational parameter of the plant like Temperature, Pressure and
flow measurements and Optimize process parameters to achieve set targets of production of Kiln and RM
 Responsible to inspect kiln shell temperature on daily basis and prepare comparison data of shell
Temperature and manage the refractory brick life and their replacement schedule.
 All aspects of the process engineering during the conceptual, preliminary and detailed design phases
 Prepared and implemented standards operating procedures (sop’s) for startup and shutdown others plant
related trouble shooting activities.
 Coordination with other departments for safe and smooth operation of plant.
 To plan plant annual shutdown activities i.e. refractory work at kiln, cooler and pre-heater and also manage
to plan opportunity shutdown jobs with coordination of other departments.
 Optimized PIDs and Fuzzy operation to Optimize fuel consumption (Kg/Ton of CK) and power
consumption (KWH/Ton of cement).
 Worked on the WHRPP project at Bestway Cement Ltd Hattar Plant with Chinese Company DALIAN
EAST NEW ENERGY DEVELOPMENT CO.LTD as a Process Engr.
 Member of ISO certification team as an internal auditor.
