Sub: Request to take action-Fraud-Misappropriation-Cheating-Reg;

Machinery of the company in the store which is under the control of the
said Mr. G. Santosh. As was the situation, I have come to know that the
said drawings and blueprints of the machinery pertaining to my
company has been stolen by Mr. G. Santosh. I was surprised to see that
I have not issued any kind of drawings to the said employee, he stolen
the drawings and blue prints of machinery. On further enquiries, I
have come to know from my staff and other known persons i.e. Mr.
who provides the paint works of machines, the said ex-employee Mr.G.
Santosh started his own business by using my company’s machinery
drawings and my company’s customers details which causes damage to
the business of my company and caused loss of Finance of the business.
4. From the day, we try to contact the said ex-emplyoee G. Santosh but
unable to do the same. I immediately with my other staff have visited the
residence of G. Santosh and to our surprise, we have found that G.
Santosh had piled up various machinery parts and machinery
pertaining to our company at his house. We immediately have taken
photographs of the same and the same are enclosed herewith for your
perusal.
5. From the above gamut of facts, it is clear that, G. Santosh worked with
us from 2016 to 2018 and he resigned himself on……. , . We are at
utter shock by knowing the facts that at present he possessing all the
Trade Secrets of my company including which we recently developed new
trade secret of the company. We are not able to understand who are the
culprit of the present employees of the company who are supporting to
get the new Trade Secret of the company. He have actively connived
with other employees and in continuation of their sinister intentions,
have committed the offence of theft, wherein they have stolen trade

secret of the company and further have also illegally misappropriated the
said trade secret i.e. Drawings of machinery pertaining to the company
for their own betterment and have also breached the trust that I have
reposed upon him and other employees of my company. Thus they have
committed the offences of Theft, Cheating, Misappropriation and Breach
of Trust, which are punishable offences as per Indian Penal Code.
