Jhajhar (S.B.T.E) Haryana in session 2001 to 2004.

EXPERIENCE:

 Worked with M/s Jindal Stainless Ltd., Hisar from July, 2004 to July 2005 as a
Trainee (D.E.T.)
 Worked with M/s Emkay Automobile Industry Ltd. Gurgaon from 15, August 2005
to 15 Aug 2007 as a process Inspector in QA
 Presently working in SONA KOYO STEERING SYSTEM Ltd., Gurgon (HR) as a
Junior Engineer (under training) in Quality Assurance since 20 August, 2007 to till
date.

system and automotive components and technical Collaboration with Koyo Seiko Co.
Japan.
 Sona is an ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949 & QS 9000 certified company. Sona is
only a single company having DEMING AWARD in steering systems
 Sona is in progress to implement TQM TPM with taking consultancy of Mr. Suda
(TQM Expert) and Mr. YAMAKUCHI (TPM Expert) of Japan
JOB RESPONSIBILTES:

 To see process as per daily control plan.

 In house rejection analysis.
 Customer return sample analysis
 Process inspection of in house parts
 Line inspection and setting of line parameters.
 Elimination of A,B & C type rejection
 Presently looking after machine shop (Rack Bar, Cylinder Tube & Pinion) & Power
Gear assembly of power steering Division
 Participate in quality circle activities (G.K.A)
 Implementing KAIZEN activity
 Training to operator s about the measuring instruments (Micro Hardness tester,
Rockwell Hardness Tester, Profile Projector, Contamination Testing), Safety factor and
cleanliness through 5S, Reduction of MUDAs (Wastages).
 Implementation of ON Line Gauges to control the rejection as well as down time due
to inspection.
 Having done on training on 5S, 7QC tools, ABC Type Rejection and Fundamentals of
TPM & TQM

COMPUTER KOWLEDGE:

 Knowledge of computer MS-Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet.
