EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
I have always sought for challenging job opportunities, and this search has typically entailed the
unraveling of the principles that empower people to aspire to their very best, and the practical
application of these and other relevant tenets that cause organizations as well as individuals to
increasingly mature. To this end, I took such courses as Organizational Behaviour Management,
Strategic Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Industrial and Human Relations
and Public Sector Human Resource Management. Other relevant courses included Change
Management.
I have before and after completing the university with excellent academic laurels, worked in
various institutions and positions which has helped me not only to develop relevant fundamental
skills that puts me in good stead for this position, but has also offered me a first hand experience
at how those institutions are managed
