Medieval Roots Str 7


lvl 7 1 Frank blood is strong in your lineage. You now do 20% more melee weapon damage.

lvl 21 3 You now do 60% more melee weapon damage and gain an increased chance to disarm your opponent.
lvl 28 4 You now do 80% more melee weapon damage and hit all targets in front of you.
lvl 35 5 You now do double damage with a melee weapon, and gain a chance to cripple your opponent, or grand slam their head clean off!

Blitz Str 8
lvl 8 1 Find the gap and make the tackle! V.A.T.S. melee distance is increased significantly.
lvl 27 2 V.A.T.S. melee distance is increased even more, and the farther the Blitz distance, the greater the damage.

Intimidation Str 9
lvl 9 1 Time to show everyone who's boss! With your gun, aim at any human opponent below your level and gain a chance to pacify them.
lvl 24 2 When you successfully pacify someone, you can incite them to attack. Intimidation have a 15% bonus success rate.
lvl 36 3 When you successfully pacify someone, you can give them specific commands. Intimidation have a 30% bonus success rate.

Dreadnaught Str 10
lvl 10 1 There is no brake on the pain train. Whenever you kill an enemy in melee, you gain a +100 damage and energy resistance for 10 seconds. While in a Power Armor, run into enemies to stagger them.
lvl 30 2 Extend the effects of the killing blow frenzy to 20s and +200 Damage and Energy resist. Sprinting into enemies while in a Power Armor causes severe damage and a more powerful stagger.
lvl 50 3 Extend the effects of the killing blow frenzy to 30s and +400 Damage and Energy resist. While in a Power Armor, running into and landing near enemies inflict massive damages and knock them down.

V.A.T.S. scan Per 1


lvl 1 1 To defeat your enemies, know their weaknesses! You can view a target's specific damage resistances in V.A.T.S.
lvl 14 1 Knowing their weaknesses lets you attack more efficiently. You gain a 5% increase to accuracy and damage in V.A.T.S

Pistolero Per 2

Rifleman Per 3
lvl 3 1 Keep your distance long and your kill-count high. You are more accurate with non-automatic rifles. (Including energy weapons)
lvl 16 2 Non-automatic rifles you are using have an increased range.
lvl 32 3 Non-automatic rifles have a 15% chance of knocking down your target.

Spray and Pray Per 4


lvl 4 1 Rigorous combat training means automatic weapons are 20% more accurate. Include energy weapons, but not heavy weapons.

Death's door Per 10

lvl 25 2 You now gain 30 more Damage Resistance and do 30% more damage while Death's door is in effect.
lvl 50 3 You now gain +40 Damage Resistance and 40% more damage while Death's Door is in effect. Kills you make under this effect also restore lost health.

Lead Belly End 1


lvl 1 1 Your digestive tract has adjusted to the weirdness of the Wasteland! Take less radiation from eating or drinking.

lvl 25 3 You now have +50 Radiation Resistance.

Jet Fueled End 4


lvl 4 1 Can't melt this! You're 50% less likely to get addicted when consuming chems.
lvl 22 2 You gain complete immunity to chem addiction.

Party Boy/Girl End 5


lvl 5 1 Nobody has a good time like you! There's no chance you'll get addicted to alcohol. Any chems you take last 50% longer.
lvl 15 2 The effects of alcohol are doubled. Any chems you take now last twice as long.
lvl 37 3 Your Luck is increased by 3 while you're under the influence of alcohol. Any chems you take now last an additional 200% longer.

Adamantium Skeleton End 6


lvl 6 1 Your skeleton has been infused with indestructible metal, reducing limb damage by 50%.

lvl 9 2 You can hack Expert terminals. When you successfully hack a robot, you can incite it to attack.
lvl 21 3 You can hack Master terminals. When you successfully hack a robot, you can give it specific commands.
lvl 33 4 When hacking, you never get locked out of a terminal when things go wrong.

Medic Int 4
lvl 4 1 Is there a doctor in the house? You can craft rank 1 meds, including Antibiotics.

Bullet Hell Int 8


lvl 8 1 Inspired by an eastern project, you can now adapt more calibers onto your guns. Also unlock tracer incendiary bullets, that do more damage against all target and ignite on impact.
lvl 19 2 Unlock hollow point ammo, which have a 20% to trigger critical hits and do additional damage to unarmored targets.
lvl 29 3 Unlock armor piercing ammo. It will ignore part of the targets armor and do additional damage to power armor, robots and other heavily armored foes.

Electronics Expert Int 9


lvl 9 1 You are an hardware geek. Optics, circuitry and motors have no secrets for you. Unlock high tech mods rank 1.
lvl 17 2 You gain access to Rank 2 high-tech mods.

lvl 3 1 Become a whisper, a shadow. You are 20% harder to detect while sneaking.
lvl 5 2 You are now 30% harder to detect while sneaking.
lvl 12 3 You are now 40% harder to detect while sneaking.
lvl 23 4 You are now 50% harder to detect while sneaking, and running no longer adversely affects stealth.
