B. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
 Four teachers Conducted/Facilitated/Participated the Search for “Gandang Lola at
Gwapong Lolo of Alcala 2018” last December 29, 2018.
 HUMSS Officers and Members with the Adviser conducted/facilitated a Gift-Giving
Activity for the Senior Citizens of the Municipality of Alcala last December 29, 2018.
 Two teachers participated in the Christmas celebration of the Homemakers Association
of Alcala last December 26, 2018.
 Two teachers participated and Judge in the Paskuhan 2018 in Pindangan East, Alcala,
Pangasinan last December 26, 2018.
 HUMSS Officers and Members with the Adviser conducted/facilitated Social Work
activity in Barangays Bersamin, Pindangan, Poblacion East, West and San Nicolas,
Alcala, Pangasinan from September 22, 23, 29, 30, October 6 and 7, 2018.
 All teachers attended and participated during the DepEd Night in Celebration of Alcala Town
Fiesta 2018 at Alcala Public Auditorium.
 All teachers attended and participated during the parade in Celebration of Alcala Town Fiesta
2018 at Alcala Public Auditorium on May 2, 2018.
 Teachers attended the Barangay Fiesta (Manok Festival) at San Pedro Ili, Alcala, Pangasinan.
 Advisers and Guidance Teacher conducted home visitation to students who are candidates of
dropping out to retrieve them in the school.
 Actively participated the Annual Alcala Day Celebration held on September 21, 2018.
 Teachers served as Board of Judges during Barangay Fiesta.
 Teachers also served as Resource Speakers during Barangay Programs.
 Served as Coaches in Basketball Tournaments during the Municipal Cup.
 One teacher served as Judge in the Search for Summer King and Queen 2018 in the Municipality
Alcala, Pangasinan sponsored by Alcala Gay Association.
 Two teachers conducted/facilitated Summer Pet Festival 2018 in the Municipality of Alcala,
Pangasinan.

 Donation for the School’s Social Hall.
 Donation of monoblock chairs.
 School Administrator attended meetings and conferences during Municipal Assembly.
 Faculty members assisted during the Parent Teacher General Assembly.
 Assisted during the Feeding Program of SHS students together with the sponsored by Law
Enforcer Riders Association of the Philippines last March 15, 2019.
 Scholarship grants to SHS students by various stakeholders.
 Partnership among the LGU and Private Companies for the Work Immersion of the Grade 12-
Students.

III. TEACHING & INSTRUCTION


A. SUPERVISION, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, MENTORING AND COACHING
 Provided supervision technical assistance to teachers through faculty meetings, LAC Sessions and
In-Service Trainings.

B. CLASSROOM MONITORING
 Conducted supervision and technical assistance to teachers by conducting classroom observation,
faculty meetings, IPCRF evaluation and curriculum audit, checking of daily lesson logs and
budgeted lesson and quarterly grading sheets.

D. DEMONSTRATION TEACHING
 One teacher conducted a demonstration teaching in Science during the Municipal Based Training
and Writeshop on Contextualized Science Instructional Materials at Alcala Training Center,
Alcala, Pangasinan on November 24-25 and December 1, 2018.
 Teachers conducted demonstration teaching during the conduct of In-Service Training for
Teachers at Arboleda National High School last October 22-26, 2018.

E. WORK IMMERSION OF GRADE 12 STUDENTS


 Send Grade 12 students to Work Immersion at Local Government Units and other Partner Private
institutions.

F. NC II ASSESSMENT OF GRADE 12 ICT STUDENTS


 All students passed the Computer Systems Servicing NC II Assessment.

 Conducted School Based Disaster Preparedness and Readiness on March 29, 2019.
 Conducted Orientation on Teacher Induction Policy to Newly Hired Teachers (0-3 years).

 Conducted the School Based Career Guidance Week for Senior High School last August 4, 2018.
 Assisted in the Early Registration for the incoming Grade 11 students for the Senior High School
last October 24, 2018.
 One teacher attended and participated the Regional Mass Training for Teachers and Career

4. CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
 All conflicts of students were solved immediately through the proper coordination of the advisers,
SSG Adviser, Guidance Counselor, Child Protection Policy Committee and the school principal.
 Conflicts among teachers are solved at once by the school principal.

V. INNOVATIONS

A. SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL EXPO


 The school initiated the conduct of the second year implementation of the Senior High School
Expo held at Arboleda National High School onApril 1, 2019. This one-day event was aimed to
assist students in their choices preparing for their pursuit on higher education or acquisition of
middle-level skills; assist students geared towards employment opportunities and assist students
in starting up business.
The said Expo catered three major activities namely; Career Fair, Negosyo Fair and Job Fair. The
said event was participated by graduating Senior High School Students from the Municipality of
Alcala, Bautista, and Sto. Tomas. It was also participated by various agencies both public and
private.

B. COMPILATION OF LIST OF GRADUATES FROM BATCH 1971 TO BATCH 2015


 Provided the school with hard bounded compilation of List of Graduates form Batch 1971 to
Batch 2015.

C.INNOVATIVE WORKPLAN
 Prepared an innovative work plan in HUMSS by Mrs. Madonna C. Famorcan entitled “SHARE
THE LOVE” as the community immersion of the students.

D. ACTION RESEARCH
 Prepared an action research by Dr. Marife B. De Guzman entitled “21ST CENTURY
INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES AND TEACHING STYLE OF ALCALA
SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS.”
 Prepared an action research for Gr. 12 students by Mrs. Madonna C. Famorcan entitled
“IMPROVING THE WORK ETHICS OF GR. 12 STUDENTS IN WORK IMMERSION
FOR A HIGHER PERFORMANCE EVALUATION.”
 Prepared an action research for STEM students by Mr. Aljon A. Cacabilos entitled
“INTENSIFYING THE RESEARCH SKILLS USING BRIDGE AMONG GR. 11 STEM
STUDENTS IN ARBOLEDA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.”
 Prepared an action research in Math by Mrs. Bonalyn R. Manglallan entitled “PEER
TUTORING IN ENHANCING THE PERFORMANCE OF STUDENTS WITH
LEARNING DIFFICULTIES IN GENERAL MATHEMATICS.”

E. COMMUNIT-BASED PROJECT
 Prepared a community based-project in HUMSS by Mrs. Madonna C. Famorcan entitled
“CLEANLINESS AND BEAUTIFICATION AT POBLACION EAST, ALCALA,
PANGASINAN.”

F. NATIONAL GREENING PROGRAM

1. TREE PLANTING ACTIVITIES


 Conducted school level tree planting in partnership with the Local Government Unit.

2. GARDENING
 Won 2ndPlace in GulayansaPaaralan in Municipal Level during the Municipal Awarding
Ceremony at San Pedro Ili Elementary School.
 Conducted GulayansaPaaralan in the school which was participated by the teachers and students.

3. CLEANEST AND MOST BEAUTIFUL AREA


 The school initiated the contest for the cleanest and most beautiful area which was participated by
the teachers and students of Arboleda National High School.

4. WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM


 The school initiated the conduct of “PerasaBasura Project” by selling their junks and collected
plastic cups inside the school.
 The Science Department also conducted paper recovery program.
 The Science Club Officers went around the school to segregate garbages and collect plastic
bottles every 4:15 to 5:15 in the afternoon.
 The SSG Organization initiated the “Bote Mo Shoot Mo” Campaign where plastic bottles
collected by the SSG officers were put in a waste bin.
 The Science Department initiated the CLAYGO (Clean as you go) campaign among the students.

6. CLEAN-UP DRIVE
 The school initiated the Cleanest and Most Beautiful Area Contest which was participated by all
the advisers in the school.
