1.1 Introduction

1.2 History

Clark college of science and technology (formerly Clark international college of science and technology) is

non-stock non-profit educational institution conceptualized in 2004 by its majority holders, Mr. Gregorio M.

Sison, Jr., acting as the President; and Mrs. Dancel C. Sorio, The Executive Vice-president. Both majority

holders come from different industries thet serve as a strength of the company and established the school

to achieve the twin goals of pursuing the global competitiveness and poverty reduction.

The conceptualization took place in 2004 the school was finally registered on march 17, 2005. The

operation started on June 20 if the same year located at Samsonville subd. Dau, mabalacat. CCST was

founded primarily to address the current demands of various industries, thereby, mutually benefitting

the business sector as well as the labor force.

CCST was established as the fifth school among the six affiliated schools, to wit;

1. Eastwoods Professional College of Science and Technology Balanga, Bataan ( 1994)

2. Softnet Information Technology Center in Mariveles, Bataan (1997)

3. St. Nicolas College of Business and Technology in San Fernando Pampanga (2004)

4.Eastwoods International Institute of Science and Technology in Dinalupian, Bataan (2004)

5. Clark College of Science and Technology (2005)

6.Eastwoods International Institute of Science and Technology in Guagua Pampanga (2006)

7.Eastwoods International Institute and Technology in Apalit, Pampanga (2006)

Initially, CCST offered four 2-year registered programs under the Technical Education and Skills

Development Authority (TESDA). Computer Programming, Computer Technology, Computer

Secretarial, and Hotel and Restaurant Management with 150 enrolled Students, which on year 2006,
 2-years Institutional Health Care Program was added with 20 students.

Five Administrative staff and six faculty member where two of them acted as the department head as

well the preliminary goal of the school which was to recruit at least 100 students. Fortunately, the

dedication of the shareholders and the hard work of the employees have paid off.

The enrollment had gradually accelerated to 225 students during the school year 2006-2007 from the

initial enrollment of 150 students for school for school year 2005-2006. A good start was developed,

where there were increase of students every school year.

Quality education at affordable fees is one of the highlighted goals of CCST. Year 2008, the revision of

curricula was given priorities. The major modules were improved. New qualification per program were

augmented. Thus, the following programs were revised into new package.

December 2008, the school turned into half devastation due to fire. That was one of the major challenges

that the school continued of the setbacks. Plans were set, goals were continued, until the school was put

back to stability.

The shareholders believed that students should be provide with comfortable and improved place to

study for convenient learning. On June 2009, the construction of the four-storey building was started.

With proper planning and management, everything turned into positive outcomes.

Currently, CCST has 20 rooms in a four-storey building from a single floor facility with 5 rooms. Another

Gradual increase was hit. At present, 1,241 students are enrolled. Additionally, 2 four-year degree

programs are started. Bachelor of science in computer Science (BSCS) and Computer Engineering

(BSCpE) are the added registered programs under the commission on higher education (CHED). With

strong partnership with industry players, graduates are reasonably assured of employment.
1.3 General Problem

- Students does not fill out all the required form.

- Having a hard time to go to school because of deferent task or problem.
- Most of the students are always getting back and forth because of their missing
requirements.

1.4 Statement of the Problem

- At this system you can’t pass the form if you are not still finish fill up all the form.
- In this system you register online.
- In this system they can check the requirements that required.

1.5 General Objective

The main objective is to develop an online registration system of Clark College of Science and
Technology.

1.6 Specific Objective/s

-To create an online registration for enrollment.

- To develop an accurate and easier way of registration for the students of Clark College of
Science and Technology.

- To know what are the requirements for the enrollment.

1.7 Scope
- You can register at your home.
- Search student profile information.
1.8 Limitation

- The system does not cover the number of the students.

- The system does not cover the schedule of the students.
