CASE: ALLEGED SHOOTING INCIDENT SUSPECT : Jejomar Saclit y Ortega

REQUESTING PARTY/UNIT:

Station 6, Aurora Hill, Baguio City

SPECIMENS SUBMITTED:

1) A suspected Caliber .45 Pistol Firearm with Serial No. PC70218 , recovered 6ft
away from the door, marked as:
a) EJCD-1-11/03/18.
2) Two (2) pieces of fired cartridges from a suspected cal. 45 pistol recovered
inside the house 5ft from the door marked on the inside near the mouth as the
following
a) EJCD-2-11/03/18
b) EJCD-3-11/03/18.
3) One (1) piece of fired bullet head from a suspected Caliber .45 Pistol firearm
recovered from the wall of the kitchen 4ft from where the victim was allegedly shot
and 3’5” from the floor marked as:
a) EJCD-4-11/03/18.

Attached are:

1. Fifteen (15) photographs; three (3) general views, Four (4) medium range view,
six (6) close up views and five (5) extreme close up views.
2. Finished and initial sketch of the crime scene and the locations of the evidences.
PURPOSE OF LABORATORY EXAMINATION:
To conduct scientific examination and analysis on the submitted specimens
whether or not the suspected fired cartridges, marked as: EJCD-2-11/03/18, EJCD-3-
11/03/18; and fired bullet, marked as EJCD-4-11/03/18 was fired from the suspected
Caliber .45 Pistol Firearm with Serial No. PC70218, marked as EJCD-1-11/03/18.

FINDINGS:
Microscopic examination and comparison of the following specimens:
suspected fired cartridges, marked as: EJCD-2-11/03/18, EJCD-3-11/03/18; and fired
bullet, marked as EJCD-4-11/03/18 was fired by the above mentioned suspected
Caliber .45 Pistol Firearm with Serial No. PC70218, marked as EJCD-1-11/03/18.

CONCLUSION:
Suspected fired cartridges, marked as: EJCD-2-11/03/18, EJCD-3-11/03/18; and
fired bullet, marked as EJCD-4-11/03/18 was fired by the above mentioned suspected
Caliber .45 Pistol Firearm with Serial No. PC70218, marked as EJCD-1-11/03/18.
