Parking Stickers - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Who should be applying for parking stickers?


A: Employees who travel to work on their own vehicles need to affix parking stickers for entry into and parking within
the DivyaSree Orion campus.

Q: How can I obtain a parking sticker for my vehicle?


A: To apply for a new parking sticker:
• Please raise a request via India E-Helpdesk.
• The Admin team will confirm with the Transport team whether you have opted out of the company transport
facility.
• The Admin team will issue a new DivyaSree parking sticker to you, if you have not opted for company
transport.
Kindly note: Parking stickers are issued on a first-come-first-serve basis and subject to business requirements and
availability of parking slots.

Q: In case my sticker gets damaged, how can I obtain a new one?


A: Please raise a request via the India E-Helpdesk portal.

Q: Where should the parking sticker be displayed on the vehicle?


A: Please see below:
• Two-wheelers: Paste on the front mudguard
• Four-Wheelers: Paste on the top left corner of the front windshield

Q: How can I obtain a new sticker if I change my vehicle?


A: Please inform the Admin team in advance about the change of vehicle, and hand over the old sticker before
collecting a new one.

Q: Can I avail both parking sticker and office transport?


A: No, you will not be able to avail both.

Q: Can I move from Self-Transport to Office Transport?


A: Yes, you can, but it is possible only once in three months. Please submit your parking sticker to the Admin team
before you enroll for company transport again.

Q: Can I have both two-wheeler and four-wheeler stickers?


A: No, you cannot avail both.

Q: What do I have to do if I sell my vehicle or it is stolen?
A: Parking stickers falling into the wrong hands is a potential security threat; please ensure that you follow the steps
below in case of sale/theft.
• In case of sale: Please remove the sticker from your vehicle, and hand it over to the Admin team. You will
need to submit the sale agreement in case you forgot to take the sticker off while selling the vehicle.
• In case of theft: Please submit an FIR copy to the Admin team, in case your vehicle is stolen.

Q: Can I use one sticker for multiple vehicles?


A: No. Parking stickers are only to be used for the vehicles they are issued for.

Q: Can I leave my vehicle in the parking lot overnight or for multiple days?
A: You are allowed to park only during your shift timings. If your vehicle is found to be parked for more than 24 hours,
your parking sticker will be revoked.
