Responsibilities:
 Saddled with the responsibility of bidding/tender preparation, negotiating with client on any additional scope of
work and Change order request at site.
 Conduct project site visits – onshore and offshore and prepare detailed engineering methodology/strategy for
mobilization and on-site execution.

plan all mobilization processes/activities to project sites and respond to client comments/queries.

Responsibilities includes but not limited to the followings and reporting to Principal Project Engineer (or REP) and
Quality Lead:
 Provided support to the existing team in terms of quality by coordinating with Senior Pipeline, electrical and
process delivery engineers.
 Carries out general quality control before, during and after every Welding and fabrication activities.
 Maintains a daily log and makes technical reports of all welding and stringing activities.
 Carries out Construction Materials, consumables receiving inspections and surveillance Inspection during
welding.
 Ensures that all welding and measuring equipment calibration status are valid before usage.
 Participates in compliance audit and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
 Perform surveillance at the field along the ROW and at the shop to verify welding activities are carried out as
per the QC procedures, ITPs, Method statement and in line with project specifications for all pipelines,
flowlines, risers, wellhead hook-up arms, inlet ligaments and manifolds.
 Conduct stage inspection during Welder Qualification, Welding/fabrication as per ITP, Quality Plan and
communicate report to team members, Interpretation of weld radiographs, and review of NDT reports.
 Notify non-conformances detected during site inspections and recommend corrective measures to Project
Engineer and Quality Lead.
 Fit-up inspection, ensuring that the joints are properly cleaned prior to welding to eliminate contamination of
the weld. Inspection and monitoring of welding consumables to ensure that they are properly stored and
handled.

Responsibilities:
 Scope, take measurements and produce Bill of Engineering Measurements and Evaluation (BEME) for bids.
 Review of formulated WPS and PQR documentation to ensure they comply with Client’s specification/standard
prior to site implementation, monitor welder’s certification.
 Responsible for preparing final report (As-built documentation) of the project.
 Verify and review of QA/QC and Inspection and Test Plans, WPS, PQR, WQT Material Test Certificates for Pipes,
Fittings, Valves, etc. prior to production and installation stages, stage wise inspections like fit up, welding,
review of NDT reports. Co-ordinate with TPI Inspector and NDT crews to perform inspection as per the agreed
plan. Verifying calibration records for testing and inspection equipment. Verify consumables proper baking and
storage. Witnessing of grit blasting and painting, Preparation of Inspection documents for stages and final as
