For your executive summary you should summarize the contents of your report. 
 
But, don’t be boring! Create a mystery to get the reader interested in reading further. 
 
Although this goes on the first page of the report you’ll likely want to write it last. This 
 
section should be one paragraph.  
 
 
 
About Me 
 
 
Hi, my name is ashton. I play basketball at a very high level. I play for the academy in 
orangeville. I also play elite baseball. I am a hard working kid that has a lot to achieve. 
I’ve won the perseverance and ethic award at my middle school twice. I take lots of 
responsibility for my grade so if you have any extra work I would love to take it home 
and do it. I’m Ashton and I'm ready to work 
 
 
 
 
 
 
My Word Processing Skills 
 
This section should answer the questions that follow. Make sure you determine 
 
the best way to communicate your ideas (it’s not always a paragraph!).  
 
• What word processors can you use and what skills do you have? Include 
examples where appropriate.  
One word processors that I can use is google drive. Stuff that I am able to do on the drive is 
I'm able to make a table and put information in it. For example when i made my time table. 
 
• How can you use these skills in your other classes? Give 2 specific examples. 
How i can use one of the skills in a different class is when i have information that needs to be 
organized. Since I now have a skill of making a table I can use it to organize the data. 
 
 
• What can you do with a word processor to be faster or more efficient? Give 2

specific examples. What I can do with a word processor to be faster and more efficient is to 
do all the work and go back and reword anything that sounds out of place. For example, when 
I'm writing a paragraph about my summer. Just write it all and when im done go back and read 
it over  
 
 
 
 
Cloud Computing 
 
This section should provide your opinion on the following question: Is cloud 
 
computing / online data storage the way of the future? In other words, in 5-10 years will 
all of our software and files be online? 

Cloud Computing is a fast and easy way to access your data from any device, and
any place and time. Cloud computing is being used a lot for educational uses but
also a lot for work and business. The number of schools and businesses using cloud
computing will grow as the years go on. So knowing that I think cloud computing is
the way of the future because in years all businesses and schools will be using
cloud computing, I even think it would go as far as every computer made will be
associated with cloud computing.

Cloud computing has a lot of pros, but there's also some cons.
One cons about cloud computing is, ​Network Connection Dependency. In
order to reap the benefits of cloud computing, your business must always have an
internet connection​. A pro about cloud computing is, i​mproved Disaster Recovery.
Moving your business data to the cloud can make disaster recovery/retrieving data
in the event of a hardware compromise easier and less expensive.

why I think cloud computing is a good and reliable source. I think cloud computing is
good because it is a very reliable source. Why I say it's a reliable source is for
example, when your at school and you know you have some homework to finish on
your drive, you know your able to go home, go on your computer and do the work
then because with cloud computing the work is left online not on the computer your
doing the work on. So you wouldn't have to ​stress about going to school early or
staying in for recess to finish it. That is why I think cloud computing is a good and
reliable source.

Appendix 1 is a document where i made a letter to my dad asking for a pair of beats

Dear Dad

Hey Dad, it's Ashton. I hope you're having a wonderful day. I’m here asking you if you
can buy me wireless rose gold beats. If you don't know what beats are, they're a
wireless pair of headphones that are not cheap, but they're worth the price. I feel like I
would benefit from these pairs of headphones. Why I think they’ll help me is because its
wireless and having to worry about not hitting the wires wouldn’t be a problem.

When I was doing a workout I hit the wire and my headphones fell off and they broke.
With these pairs of headphones they wouldn't be wires that I would be able to hit. Which
also means the chances of me breaking them from falling of decreases, also means that
it leads to me having them longer. Another reason why I think I would benefit from beats
is because I wouldn’t have to play my music from a speaker or out loud. You would also
benefit from them so you wouldn’t always have to hear my music.

For those reasons, that is why I think it's important for me to have these headphones,
they would be a great use of money. I would like to thank you for taking the time and
