4 Cortrol function
4.1 Operation button
4.1.1 Reset switch:
4.1.2 Start button ： Monitor send out a +24V start signal for controlling the
Electrical engineering to start the disel engine when press the this button
4.1.3 Stop button:when press this button ,the electronics governor has not the power
supply,and the disel engine stop.
4.1.4 Manual/Auto switch
4.1.5 Speed-up/ speed-down switch：When this switch is on right the electric control
rheostat will controll the electronics governor to accelerate the engine,and
decelerate when on the left.It is cut when on the middle

5. Work principle
FJ4000A4-21 monitor is controlled by the machine of single slice,whole system
include signal enlarge,changing send,converting simulation with figure,singlechip,
figure show,voice and light warning and power supply.

6. Installation and connecting the line

Please again and again carefully read this manual befor start the machine the first time.The
manual is gave in every packaging and should be preserved.
Sensor installing
Pay attention to the sensor's screw thread fit the screw interface whether or
not.or else,you can install a tie-in.It is necessary to gelatinize mucus to prevent
leaking .when finished the installing,you oughted to enlace the signal line with
sensor or other fixure,avoiding the line root breaking.Here,we recommend to customer
every kind of reasonable installing positions and notices
6.1.1 Magnetic pickup
It is recommended to install magnetic pickup at the localization of the flywheel
gear ring with 0.4~0.8mm clearance between the pickup and the tip of the tooth. For
installation, it is permitted to screw in the pickup firstly until it touches the
tip of the tooth, then screw it out for about half loop and secure with securing nut.

This magnetic pickup is for electronic governor only, don't be used by other speed
checking system.
6.1.2 Oil press sensor
Install on the main oil road after the filter. the sensor connect with the monitor
by the double layer shielding electric cable。If the sensor has not installed or
the line is breaked,the oil press meter show “ERR”.
6.1.3 Oil temperature sensor
Install on the oil bottom independently. the sensor connect with the monitor by
the double layer shielding electric cable。If the sensor has not installed or the
line is breaked,the oil press meter show “ERR”.
6.1.4 Water temperature sensor
Install on the freshwater pipeline between the out the water on the cylinder and
the adjust valve. the sensor connect with the monitor by the double layer shielding
electric cable。If the sensor has not installed or the line is breaked,the oil press
meter show “ERR”.
6.2 The monitor body has installed with the shock absorber.Its installing palace
commonly has not the vibration or little and avoiding the heat eradiating or the
straight heat transferring. In the process of the installing we should avoid the
strong strike and the high-tension on the strunk.

6.3 Noticing the power supply’s anode and cathode and avoiding connecting them in
reverse when connect the monitor and the power supply.

7. Use showing
7.1 Open the power switch,now you can see the power indicator light shine.some seconds
later,the monitor start to working in orders,the display panel show the current parameters.
7.2 After starting the engine the run indicator light will shine.
7.3 The engine will stop by press the urgency stop button when we have the stop request
or in urgency
7.4 When the using is completed,the monitor power or the engine main power should
be cut.

8. Announcements

8.1 Before starting the machine we open the monitor and after some senconds the
monitor works in orders .The time of opening the power between the twice should exceed
10s
8.2 Strictly prohibit to connect high-tension or charger with the system;or else,the
accident is not belong to the range of the product ensuring.
8.3 Inspect the sensor often,and the monitor oil soaking、relaxing,desquamating
phenomenon is appear or not.
8.4 We should first cut the monitor power when the accumulator is charging.
