Hammer Mill Model ECOSTAN® HM 30, Technical Details:

Description:
Hammer Mill comprises of Hammer Mill with Cyclone & ID Fan which helps to work with best
efficiency. It can convert any type of Biomass waste into granulated form for further uses or
transportation purposes.

Working Parameters:

✓ Electrical PLC based Panel is used to operate the Hammer Mill.

✓ The machine can operate in both Auto & Manual modes.
✓ In case of over feeding, Hammer Mill in-feed screw conveyor will stop & re-start automatically to
safeguard the Hammer Mill from overfeeding or damage.
✓ Cyclone (s) with the Induction Fan (s) collects the material from the Hammer for better efficiency.
✓ Hammer Mill does roughly same the size as per size of Screen

Raw Material Parameters:

Wood Chips, Groundnut Shells, Cashew Shells, Rice Husk,

In-Feed Raw Material (Type) Chipped Wheat & Paddy Straw, Almond Shells, Tree
Leaves, Mazie Waste etc.
In-Feed Raw Material (Size) *Maximum Diameter 20 mm x 4 inch long

Moisture in Material Considered 12% Max (Addition in moisture will reduce the production
to be as and start choking down the Hammer Mill)
