ORIENTATION & WORKSHOP ON THE NATIONAL SCHOOL BUILDING

INVENTORY FORMS AND SYSTEM

To: PUBLIC SCHOOLS DISTRICT SUPERVISOR, ELEMENTARY &

SECONDARY SCHOOL PRINCIPALS, HEAD TEACHERS AND TIC’s

1. In line with the goal of the Department of Education (DepEd) to establish

accurate and comprehensive data on school building and facilities, all
elementary and secondary public school physical facilities coordinator & ICT
data encoder are directed to participate in the orientation of National
Inventory of DepEd Public School Building for SY 2019-2020

2. This is in preparation for the activity of the national inventory, an

Orientation on National School Building Inventory forms and system will be
conducted in the division level, which aims to:

a. Orient the elementary and secondary public school Physical

Facilities coordinator & ICT Data Encoder on the NSBI forms,
system, policies, and standard

b. Provide an update and more accurate and comprehensive baseline

data of school building in all DepEd public schools

3. The schedule of orientation of the different district schools are as follow

4. Orientation & Workshop will start at exactly 8:00 A.M. at Greg’s

Restaurant & Catering Services.

5. Bring Laptop, wifi, extension wire, filled up hardcopy of NSBI Template.

6. Travel expenses of the participants are chargeable to School MOOE. All

expenses are subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulation
