▪ Set goals to Identified the Roadmap “S.M.A.R.T” IT-MIS Implementation Strategy (Some needs to
take before implementing an IT solution)
▪ Preparing the architecture environment activities, setting the scopes, level of capability, level of
impact, production of deliverables (Preliminary Phase)
▪ Apply a structured methodology to strive the first phase of architecture vision
▪ Identify and understanding the functional capabilities of IT solutions
▪ Preparing the statement of architecture work (To met the actual needs and requirements)
▪ Set goals to preparing the Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and
Technology Architecture for the next 30 days.
▪ Pre-Identifying the properly resourced into the Project Team included the Key Users (Process
Owners), Selected Vendor Team, and other related resources.

▪ Set goals for the next 30 days (e.g. Establish in the Budget for personnel for hard costs, for time, etc)

60-DAYS PLAN
Major activities that related to the Implementation Approaches
▪ Set working together to develop baseline and target of Business Architecture, Information System
Architecture, and Technology Architecture and find out the change from gap analysis results,
definition document and requirement specification. (Knowledge transfer and awareness for user
acceptance)
▪ Preparing the Opportunities & Solutions to effectively deliver the target architecture to develop
of work packages, transition architecture, implementation and migration plan.
▪ Set the goal to proposes the Schedules of delivery of change, Timeline of Project Management for
any potential solutions, project constraints, and deadline to overruns some targets.
▪ Take the action to finalized some various functional reports, target and wish list.
▪ Trying to fits the functional/technical requirements and dependencies using IT solutions. (With
community version first then using the Enterprise version, one-after-another, select the right solutions and the right partners)
▪ Identify and map out the other core app modules included the related apps to become connected
(end-to-end) into the IT Solution.
▪ If any some modifications there are not coming out solved using available Apps in IT solutions, so
we need to creating integration build plans of work packages.
▪ Set goal to Kick-Off the IT Project and ensure for a long-term plan around 3 – 6 months
implementation target following the Project Methodologies, included user training, and also to
prepare maintenance over side, evaluate and review in 90 Days after “Go-Live”.
