A. What is the incident/proceeding about?

The proceeding was about presentation on testimonial evidence of civil cases pertaining
to Family relations such as adoption, declaration of nullity of marriage on the grounds of
Psychological Incapacity, legal separation on the grounds of irreconcilable differences, and
annulment.

B. Comment on the interaction that lawyer(s)has/have with the judge, opposing counsel,
parties, witnesses and/or court personnel?

The court proceeding was in order. The Judge, Fiscal, Court Personnel, lawyers, and
witnesses had efficient interactions during the duration of the court hearing.

The witnesses appeared in person and delivered their testimonies, for which the court
and the opposing party observed and listened to.

i. Lawyer and Judge

The lawyer reads the facts and matters related to the case, and after which,
introduces the witness. The Judge would then consent and call the witness to the
stand.

ii. Witness and Court Personnel

The court personnel would assist the witness in taking his or her oath to tell the truth, before
