About Conference
India is well known for its natural resources and is emerging as the fastest in growing major economy in the
world. It is expected to be one of the top three economic powers of the world over the next 10-15 years by its
strong democracy and integration. The long-term growth prospective of the Indian economy is positive due to
its demographic dividend economic policies and increasing integration into the global economy. In this vibrant
scenario marked by advent of new technologies, regulations and shifting consumer expectation is the need for an
innovative management has become more imminent than ever before. Innovative Management Practices which
lead to Business excellence help companies to make their growth plans and formulate appropriate strategies to
achieve their goals. The agenda of the conference is to provide a collaborative platform for researchers,
academicians and thought leaders to discuss, know and contribute to the efforts in the direction of an enhanced
Innovative Management Ecosystem. The conference would be an attempt to encourage the academicians,
research scholars and students for introducing new business ideas and management practices which can lead to
growth, competition and innovation to face global challenges and emerge successful in the changing business
