THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

Background of the Study

The lack of learning modules has a big effect on the students. It is a problem

before but still our problem today. The Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT) scored

the Department of Education (DepEd) over the supposed lack of printed learning

materials documented in various public schools nationwide. ACT said the DepEd fails

to provide enough instructional and learning materials. Due to lack or existence of

“unusable” textbooks in a number of grade levels, and lack of modules and

instructional materials of teachers in the Senior High School (SHS) the group noted

that “Teachers take extra effort of finding suitable materials for their use and their

students.”

E-Learning module has completely transformed the way in which learning is

imparted to students. It makes learning simpler, easier and more effective. Today’s

learner wants relevant, mobile, self-paced, and personalized content. Aside from

learning at school using this E-Learning, students can learn at their own comfort and

requirement. This E-Learning has led to remarkable changes in how the content is

accessed, consumed, discussed, and shared. Aside from classroom teaching, with this

online learning you can access the content an unlimited number of times. This can

also help the students at the time of revision when preparing for an exam.

Scope and Delimitation

The Researchers created an E-Learning in Filipino sa Piling Larang with the

topics included are: Mga Varayti ng Wika, Ang Rehistro ng Pagluluto: Panimulang

Pagsusuri sa Rehistro ng wika ng mga mananahi, Manwal, Liham- Pangnegosyo.

From the first quarter. The study will be conducted at Sto. Niño National High

School. School year 2019-2020.

This study aims to evaluate in terms of Graphics and Design, Functionality of

the website, Content, and Accuracy. The respondents of this study are the ICT

Teachers, Students, Subject teacher specialize.

Significance of the Study

The study will contribute to the improvement of Education in public

school particularly Sto. Niño National High School. We hope that this research will

help the students regarding the lack of their modules.

More specifically, this study shall be beneficial to the ff. groups of people:

Students, not only the Grade 12 students level can use this E-Learning. Students can

be more responsible in using the technology because they will learn in this produced

study.

Teachers and professors, it can help them to easily give the students the

assigned activity because they already have their own module.

Parents, it can give them an idea on what their child is doing also they will

know the scores because they are present when the student is doing the activity.

School and School Administration, it can be lessen their expenses regarding

the lack of modules.

The outcomes to be considered consists of the following: The Improvement of the

students because they now have their own module, Enhances students reading

skills, Decreases book expenses, and the level of interaction and cooperation that was

engendered between students and E-Learning.

Future Researcher, this research will be their guide in the future if they

decided to conduct a research like this.
