Re: CCTV Matters and Concerns

Dear Ma’am Eug,

Good day!

As per request this are the following report / concerns related to our CCTV.

Operational CCTV:

SCMix – There was already 8 CCTV Cameras installed around and within the vicinity area
Warehouse 5 – Installed 5 CCTV Cameras

Invictus Old Office – Installed 8 CCTV Cameras

Invictus New Building – Waiting for the project proposal / quotation from the installer.
CCTV Issues:
SCMix (Batching Plant):
1. There is a blind spot on the area that should be check again and install additional cameras
2. The prepaid data is not enough for the remote viewing (Online) currently we are using a
prepaid sim for the internet connection with a load of P999.00
3. The Electricity Connection on the Batching Plant is not stable.
4. The UPS Back up Battery could not cater the operation of the CCTV DVR when there is
no electricity at a given time (brownout)
5. The Devices like DDVR, Router and Cord are expose to heat, cement dust and human
Warehouse 5:
1. There is blind spot on the area that should be check again and install additional cameras
2. The prepaid data is not enough for the remote viewing (Online) currently we are using a
prepaid sim for the internet connection with a load of P999.00
3. The CCTV Devices are always covered by dust and cement even thou it has already inside
a wooden box.
Recommendations:
SCMix (Batching Plant):
1. There blind spot on the area that should be check again and install additional cameras
 Proposed additional CCTV Cameras that will be installed near the guard and the
other blind spot area.
 Note: We have already discussed this matter with the SCMix CEO and Manager
and they are already aware of this issue and they have already approved the
additional CCTV request.
2. The prepaid data is not enough for the remote viewing (Online) currently we are using a
prepaid sim for the internet connection with a load of P999.00
 Proposed Point to Point Connection (P2P) or Apply for a Corporate Sim with Unli
Data (Please refer to attached P2P proposal and Globe Postpaid Plan)
3. The Electricity Connection on the Batching Plant is not stable.
 This is subject for Property Management Department as of the moment the batching
plant is using Generator Set as source electricity / power supply.
 4. The UPS Back up Battery could not cater the operation of the CCTV DVR when there is
no electricity at a given time.
 Request for upgrade of UPS Back up Battery with higher number of hours.

5. The Devices like DDVR, Router and Cord are expose to heat, cement dust and human
 A Metal Box has been requested and approved for the safety of the said devices.
Already submitted quotation to accounting department.
 Monthly Device Maintenance should be done to extend the life spam of the devices.

Warehouse 5:
1. There blind spot on the area that should be check again and install additional cameras
specifically on the back portion of the warehouse where you could see the guard quarters.
 Already requested additional camera on this part and quotation has been submitted.
2. The prepaid data is not enough for the remote viewing (Online) currently we are using a
prepaid sim for the internet connection with a load of P999.00
 Proposed Point to Point Connection (P2P) or Apply for a Corporate Sim with Unli
Data (Please refer to attached P2P proposal and Globe Postpaid Plan)
3. The CCTV Devices are always covered by dust and cement
 A Metal Box will be requested and installed in replacement of the wooden one
subject for approval.
 Monthly Device Maintenance should be done to extend the life spam of the devices.

Invictus New Building:

As per discussion on the CCTV Matters meeting held last January 22, 2020 (Wednesday) together
with Sir Jeric (CCTV Supplier), Sir Krister (System Admin), Maam Mary Ann (HR) and Ms. Lian
(PM Division) and others.
We are proposing for and IP (Wireless) CCTV Cameras or Wired CCTV for each floor subject for
approval of the management.
Note: Quotation for each proposal has been already requested to the supplier together with the
disadvantages and advantages of each proposal. We will submit the proposal asap once we have
it.
 Timeline:
Timeline for CCTV Installations and Additional Cameras as per installer is One (1) week
P2P Installation once approved could take One (1) to Two (2) weeks depending on the availability
of the Devices and Installation Flow.

Maximum Timeline for all of this is on Second (2nd) Week of February 2020 if everything goes
well and if it will be approved and funded.

Point to Point vs. Globe Postpaid Plan

Here are the tentative quotations and may change if we can see the actual line of site. Hardwares
only. Poles not included. We can get scraps from PMS department.
* Mounting and Installation of pole cost may vary from supplier for cleaner setup. We can set it
up but not our expertise. All Devices are movable.
