• Holiday Calendar: Maintained public holidays, customer specific holidays and holiday
calendar.
• Work Schedule Rules: Break schedule (used paid and unpaid breaks), daily work
schedule (used variants for DWS), and period work schedule.

per the client requirements. Maintained Entry screens for the same as quota deduction.

queries. Maintaining pay scales, increments, bonus, over time calculations, PF,
PT, ESI, Advances, Settlements, Pay sheets, Pay slips and cash payments. Roll out the
offer letters.
• Administration & Statutory: Administering benefits and their administration like PF,
ESI and Mediclaim,Filling up and submission of monthly, half yearly and annually
returns like PF, ESI. Deduction of Professional Tax submitting returns renewal of labour
license, Maintenance of different legal records and registers in accordance to various
statutory acts.
