rules of organization.

• Payrolls: Sending the Payroll Data to Finance Department and clarifying any payroll
queries. Maintaining pay scales, increments, bonus, over time calculations, PF,
PT, ESI, Advances, Settlements, Pay sheets, Pay slips and cash payments. Roll out the
offer letters.

• Attendance & Leave management: Generation of various reports on attendance,


monitoring attendance of the staff, preparing the Daily absentees report department wise,
leaves of the staff, preparing statement for Payrolls, updating data and managing it.
Maintaining leave records crediting leaves by eligibilities updating from time to time,
carry forwards and encashment.

• Maintaining Records: Opening employee records, leave records, maintaining service


details like disciplinary actions, rewards, promotions, etc. and closing of records.

• Administration & Statutory: Administering benefits and their administration like PF,
ESI and Mediclaim,Filling up and submission of monthly, half yearly and annually
returns like PF, ESI. Deduction of Professional Tax submitting returns renewal of labour
license, Maintenance of different legal records and registers in accordance to various
statutory acts.

Settlement Statements, Relieving Letters and Service Certificates for Resigned
