We live in a generation where acceptance is pre dominantly everywhere and cultural diversity

is tolerable. Our differences makes us unique from each other and is the foundation of what so
called culture. In this speech, I want to emphasize two main points, ACCEPTANCE AND
TOLERANCE.

Gender equality, especially to the members of LGBTQ+ community is something that for a
long time never cease to exist. For a very long time the members of the LGBTQ+ community are
being humiliated and discriminated. Like racism and all forms of prejudice, bigotry against
LGBTQ+ people is a deadly carcinogen. They are not being protected by any specialized laws
but simply the human rights alone. People do not understand that the members of the LGBTQ+
community plays a huge impact and make an incredible contribution in today’s world. Others may
deride them due to their sexuality, yet when you get down to it, they walk a similar Earth as we
do, they inhale a similar air as we do, they do very similar things we do in our day by day lives.
We are human, similarly as they seem to be, and regardless of what some may state, don't let
other individuals take that away from you.

Acceptance towards the members of the LGBTQ+ community will promote gender less
based community where men rule and others obliged. We can live in a society where we can see
smiles on their people’s faces, hatred vanishes and the members of the LGBTQ+ community can
come out of their shells. We should not be the source of fear towards other people but rather the
source of their strength. Like the LGBTQ+ community members who became the epitome of
strength for they endure discrimination and prejudices for a very long time, we also need to
become the epitome of strength by showing strength through protecting the rights of other people.

In this globalization, where individuals of various foundations, societies and religions are
living respectively, and where the world has turned out to be multicultural and brimming with
assorted variety, building up resistance and agreement has turned out to be urgent and
significant, and cultivating shared love and warmth has turned out to be imperative.Tolerating
differences will result to international understanding. This small stone can make a ripple effect not
only for us alone but for the rest of the world. We are already in the 21st century and it is now the
time for us to tolerate our differences by welcoming other people in our lives. Tolerance is a virtue.
It is a version of the golden rule in that, insofar as we want others to treat us decently, we need
to treat them decently as well. Absence of tolerance prompts battling, brutality, lastly it wrecks the
harmony and security of society. At the point when individuals flop in their contentions they
become narrow minded, and after that they use power and hostility to help their perspective. Gay
people already battled a long fight and it is now the time for us to battle for their right. Tolerating
their differences will create a brand new world for us and we can live in peaceful environment
where people are now enjoying outside the clutches of hatred and evil.

Here, let it be certain that indicating appreciation and resilience to the assessments of
others doesn't really mean you need to bargain your standards or grasp or acknowledge others'
thoughts. It is just an issue of major human rights. The privilege of each person that his
sensibilities and notions will not be disregarded and affronted must be perceived. Also, every
human individual has the option to have a conclusion and to express it.
