· Payment Mode: We accept cheque, D.D. or RTGS/NEFT.
· We do not accept cash and will not be responsible for any cash taken from
· the client by anyone on behalf of the company.
· All cheques in favour of Kaps Developers Pvt. Ltd. payable at Lucknow.
· Offer Validity: Above rates are valid for 3 months from the date of quotation.

· Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the order is only possible before the commencement of the

· Advance paid will be refunded after deducting the order processing cost @ 10%
