Dear Mr. Binanchi Narayan Satpathy,

This is with reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us and
our client Cairn Energy - Vedanta – Ravva. We have pleasure in offering you an
employment with us.         

As discussed and agreed with you, followings are the brief terms & conditions of this
offer.

Your date of joining will be on  30th Nov 2019 .

You will be designated as “PRODUCTION OPERATOR (ONSHORE/OFFSHORE)” with M/s

ANI Integrated Services Ltd. and your deputation will be in Cairn Energy – Vedanta at
their Andhra Pradesh (Ravva), India location.

1.       You will be paid a Salary CTC of Rs. 25,000/- Per Month

2.       Rotation – 21/21 – On/Off

3.       Sharing accommodation and food (On Duty) will be provided by company

4.       Standard deductions for Income Tax as per IT Slabs and Professional Tax, will
be applicable

5.       Working hours and weekly offs/holidays will be as per rules of Cairn Energy -
Vedanta.

Please note, Once you reach Ravva you have to report at below mentioned address and
coordinate with Mr Harikrishna @ 9742865252 OR Mr. Nallaprakash @ 9849713598 for
PPE, Gate pass and Medical procedure.
