Our Products
Industries are ready to adopt Industrial
Revolution 4.0 (Industry 4.0), where they can
have data on centralized server and business
intelligence can be made by exploiting this
data gathered from machines, operations,
ERP etc. This data can be monitored not
only at the local control room but also from
remote places using handheld devices.
Data acquisition from machines and other
parts has various challenges e.g.
Connectivity diversity (RS232, RS485, RS422,
LAN, WIFI, Cellular), and various protocols
(Modbus, Profibus, CANbus, EtherCAT).
The sensor data is sent to the Industrial
Gateways via wired or wireless devices by
converting to needed format. Data from
Gateway is then sent to the cloud servers
through IoT protocol, e.g MQTT.

Wireless End Devices and Gateways
Signal sources can have different
geographical placements, density and these
signals need to be monitored from more
than 100m and within 4 KM radius. In this
scenario, Wifi is not an option and cellular
(2G/3G/4G) may not have coverage. So
LPWAN based solution comes in life. It is
local network in license free band, very easy
to operate and with no recurring cost.
Long Range wireless devices can be used to
connect any supporting wireless node and
transfer data to gateway via LPWAN.
Additionally, at cost efficeincy side, LPWAN
based solution removes the cost of laying
wire, cost of wire itself, human resource
time, production stall time and monetary
losses, wire laying intricacies. Our Gateway
module connects with server using MQTT
over Ethernet.

DAMS Products
DAMS (Data acquisition and monitoring
system) is an Industrial IoT gateway which,
Aggregates data from different sensors
and serial interfaces, actuators, machines
and other devices,
Converts data to MODBUS TCP/IP and
send it to a server (Cloud or Local) via
Ethernet.
Has data logging function with SNTP time
synchronization.
Has capacity to record the data internally
through inbuilt Micro SD Card slot
supporting up to 8 GB of data storage.
It can do edge processing.
It can run complex algorithm on the edge
reducing the response time than the
conventional system and providing more
redundancy to the control systems. It has all
the legacy connectivity options to retrofit
with existing automation and monitoring
system. It supports UCT local and cloud
based analytics (UCLYTICSTM) through local
server or AWS cloud based server through
which one can man­age devices and its data
representation. It provides a provision to
categorize data, view trends, analyze data
and set rule base alerts.

Predictive Maintenance
Predictive maintenance (PdM) is advance
version of condition-based maintenance
that monitors the condition of assets using
sen­sor devices. These sensor devices supply
data in real-time, which is used to predict
when the asset will require maintenance and
prevent equipment failure.
With time-based maintenance,
organizations run the risk of performing too
much maintenance or not enough with
reactive maintenance, maintenance is
performed when needed, but at the cost of
unscheduled downtime. Predictive

A protocol converter is a device that
converts from one protocol to another to
allow communication between devices or
systems that use incompatible protocols.
Communication protocols are essentially the
rules that define how the data passing
through a device are to be processed and
transmitted, so if two devices do not use the
same protocol, then they would not be able
to understand each other, hence the need
for a protocol converter arises.
Protocol converters are devices that are high
