A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2019 OF THE
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY SONGCOLAN, BATAN, AKLAN IN THE AMOUNT
ONE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND EIGHTY NINE PESOS AND THIRTY CENTAVOS ( Php.
194,089.30 )

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Songcolan, Batan, Aklan deliberated its
Annual Budget embodying the estimates of income and expenditures for the calendar year
2019;

WHEREAS, there is a certification from the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of the

estimated ten percent ( 10% ) of the General Fund of the Barangay intended for the
Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Songcolan, Batan, Aklan for the ensuing fiscal year;

WHEREAS, the proposed budget for Calendar Year 2019 with the priority development
programs, projects and activities is in accordance with the approved Annual Barangay Youth
Investment Program ( ABYIP ) and Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan ( CBYDP );

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Songcolan,

Batan, Aklan to approve its Annual Budget for Calendar Year 2019 in the amount of ONE
HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND EIGHTY NINE PESOS AND THIRTY CENTAVOS ( Php.
194,089.30 )
 RESOLVED FURTHER, the following supporting documents shall be attached to form part
of this resolution:

1. SK Annual Budget, CY 2019 ( itemize estimated income and expenditures )

2. Certification of the Barangay Treasurer of the estimated ten percent ( 10% ) SK Fund
For the ensuing fiscal year
3. Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan ( CBYDP ) with approved SK
Resolution
4. Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program ( ABYIP ) with approved SK Resolution

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE to furnish copies of this resolution to all concerned for

their information and appropriate action.
