CHAPTER 4
TRAINING BACKGROUND

I’ve experience to be a responsible worker and enjoyment of I’ve doing in Ryonan

Electronic Philippines Corporation. The employee and staff are very kind and approachable. Also
the president of REPCO. Mr. Ikuya Kujima is very nice and strict president. My experience in
REPCO is very hard working like grommet insertion, grommet oiling, tube cutting, tube insertion,
connector inspection, BH1 inspection, Brush Holder inspection, BH1 cleaning, specially Rubber
Bush Assy or Bush assembly where my innovator assigned me on my first day and its my process
also that I’ve officially assigned, but I’m happy in my work in REPCO. They have many activity like
dancing or zumba every 4am in the morning. I learn a lot of things. Like my process is Bush
Assembly. Bush Assy or Bush Assembly is a process where you have to put insert bush to the
rubber bush then put it to the Brush Holder 1 or BH1. My coworkers and innovators are the
reason why I study hard because when I am in my last day in my On the job training on their
Corp. they told me to don’t give up everything and they told me also that they want me to see
someday to be a successful Computer Engineer.

There`s a lot of task given to me during my training some of them are:

● Orientation for the rules inside and outside company.
● Answering the exam to know how far you learned on their orientation.
● Helping on the front desk and recording the trainees answer in their
exams.
● Don`t absent.

We all know AITSA is the newest and fastest institution providing quality education. As
an intern`s I gained so much ideas especially in the computer assembling because I’m talking up
Information Communication and Technology this is very relevant on my program. The company
has a great training background and learning background as well because I learned slightly how to
do in assembling. This is a great opportunity for me to be theirs OJT`s.
CHAPTER 5
TRAINING ASSESSMENT

The training I had in the Ryonan Electric Philippines Corporation is learning my

experience each day. I was exposed in the training room of REPCO, as soon as I was able to work
within the Ryonan Electric Philippines Corporation and I was about to begin and I realized that it
was a very hard work, I also learn to be more productive complement and also how to
communicate properly to my co-trainee and trainers. I learned how or follow instructions is one
of the most important things in Ryonan Electric Philippines Corporation.

In my one week to stay in Ryonan Electric Philippines Corporation. I learned many

things not only those things that are related to my strand but also the things that molded me into
the person I am right now. As I was working as a trainee at Ryonan Electric Philippines
Corporation. I learned to become hard working person. The time to finish the task assigned to me
is important, but it is also important that I should do it correctly. I learned to appreciate even the
simplest lesson studied in school. Also to understand that everything that was taught in the school
can be a tool that can be used in my future career, like mechanical engineer my work immersion
in Ryonan Electric Philippines Corporation is useful in my course or my dream to be a successful
computer engineer in the future.

After the training I realized that work immersion is not just a requirements to be
completed but is an opportunity to show what skill, knowledge and talents that I have and also an
opportunity to experience the feeling of being a professional already.
CHAPTER 6
RECOMMENDATION

A. Potential of the company as a training ground

Ryonan Electric Philippines Corporation has a good training background especially to the
ICT student. The company offers great opportunity that would let me be more knowledgeable,
confident and to develop skills and abilities.

B. Duration of training
The duration o my training is too long because we have 40days in Ryonan Electric
Philippines Corporation. The first week of being an OJT student was more on training and test I’ll
take eight test before go to training are to train my ability and to teach the process in the
production area. The second week is I’ll put in production area to processing in sub assy. And my
process is very easy cause to easily understand my process. Until the end of work immersion my
process is sub assy. And that’s all.

C. Suggestion for the improvement of the training program

As far as the performance of Ryonan Electric Philippines Corporation it was doing well.
They should always hiring because the company is need many employees because they have a goal
in company to be a number 1 in this world. And the company are helpful for them to become
better employee in the future.
