ADMIMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia
Term: Permanent, Full Time
Salary Range: $28,000 – $35,000.

What We’re Looking For: Are you interested in being a part of a start-up public relations and
marketing agency? Are you able to work both independently and as a team member? Bull’s Eye
Marketing is a new and original company located in beautiful downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia
looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team!

What You’ll Do: Reporting to the President, the Administrative Assistant will support the
operations of the company, assist with coordination of activities, track budgets to reconcile
expenses; assist with client communication, and maintain office supplies and promotional
materials.

Successful Candidate Profile:


Qualifications and Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in office administration or an equivalent combination of
education and experience.
• Minimum of two years relevant experience working with an office team
• Experience tracking and monitoring expenses
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and scheduling applications using
Microsoft Office Suite
Duties Will Include:
• Organizes and schedules meetings, including contacting participants, booking rooms,
ordering refreshments, and arranging for parking as required.
• Maintains the stock and organizes promotional company items
• Assists with budget tracking
• Proactively coordinates weekly client status meetings
• Ensures delivery of client information in a timely manner
• Maintains a comprehensive filing system

FINANCIAL SERVICES MANAGER

About the Opportunity: GPack Enterprises is seeking a Financial Services Manager to join our
Sydney, Nova Scotia team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be
responsible for planning, directing and controlling financial, personnel and administrative
functions for the company. Additionally, you will be following corporate policies and
procedures and in accordance with accounting practices and related legislation. This includes
preparing the budget; conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports; developing
and implementing an effective system of accounting; managing the payroll system and
maintaining accurate and current records.
