FIITJEE TALENT REWARD EXAM – 29th December, 2019

for Students presently in Class V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X & XI
(going to Class VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI & XII in 2020)

Result Declaration:
 Result will be available through ON-LINE mode only. Selected students can download the Enrolment Kit (Offer
Letter, Enrolment Form, Program Fee etc.) from the result declaration Portal (www.fiitjee.com/onlineresults &
www.fiitjee-ftre.com) or collect it from nearest FIITJEE Centre.
 We understand that you have already updated your profile at www.fiitjeelogin.com. If it is not done, please do
it immediately otherwise you will not be able to check your result online. To see your Result, logon to
www.fiitjee.com/onlineresults or www.fiitjee-ftre.com, with your username (Registration No) and password
(Student ID) as printed on your Hall ticket. Please keep your Hall Ticket safe as it has to be produced / submitted
while taking admission. (Result Packet will NOT be sent by Courier / Post).
Students, who do not have the facility to check their Results Online, can visit the FIITJEE Centre where they
registered, to enquire about the same.

Class X – Saturday, 11th January 2020 Class VIII – Monday, 13th January 2020

Class IX – Wednesday, 15th January 2020 Class XI – Thursday, 16th January 2020

Class V, VI, VII – Saturday, 18th January 2020

Students can collect their score Cards from respective FIITJEE Centre. Results will be Available (4:00 pm onwards) at
www.fiitjee.com/onlineresults & www.fiitjee-ftre.com

 Note 1: The Exact Batch Commencement dates may vary from one FIITJEE Centre to another and from one
program to another. Please contact your respective FIITJEE Centre for exact Class / Batch commencement
date.
Note 2: Students who will not be able to take enrollment till their respective enrollment window (including
Extended Enrollment Window) but wish to enroll should contact their respective FIITJEE Centre to know the
procedure.
Note 3: During FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam Enrolment Window (i.e. 19-Jan to 25-Jan 2020), all our counsellors
will be busy. Hence, we may not be as prompt in answering phone calls & providing in-depth counselling. It is
advised to visit your FIITJEE Centre & plan your Enrolment counselling well in advance.

Documents required to be submitted at the time of Admission:

1. First, it is required that you update your Profile at www.fiitjeelogin.com using username and Password as printed on
your Hall ticket. This is to be done only once and you need not do it again if it is already done.
2. One Stamp Size and Six Passport Size Colour photographs of the student (at the time of fee payment).
3. Three Passport Size Colour Photographs of the person issuing the Post Dated Cheque(s).
4. FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam Hall Ticket (in Original).
5. FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam Result (Print of declared Result).
6. Any One of the following School documents:
 Photocopy of School ID card with photograph OR
 Photocopy of last Board or School Marksheet supported by any Identity Proof of student OR
 Photocopy of School Transfer Certificate OR
 Bonafide Certificate issued by the Principal of School with student’s photograph
Original of above mentioned documents should be presented for verification at the time of admission.
Joining Formalities by Post:
Students can also complete their joining formalities by post, please make sure that your Enrolment Form duly
completed in all respects along with Demand Draft / Pay Order / NEFT / UPI details should reach your respective
study centre on the above mentioned fee payment dates. Incomplete Enrolment Form will not be accepted and if
a student fails to get admission on this account, FIITJEE shall not be responsible.
Venue of Fee Payment:
FIITJEE Study Centre where you wish to join the FIITJEE program.
Course Commencement:
Classes will commence from 1st / 2nd Week of April, 2020. The Exact Batch commencement date may vary from
one FIITJEE study centre to another and will be communicated to the students at the time of enrolment. However,
academic support will soon start after enrolment as an Early Joining Academic Benefits (as mentioned below).

Hostel Facility:
FIITJEE has furnished hostel / lodging & boarding facility at the following FIITJEE centres viz. Delhi (South Delhi,
North-West Delhi, East Delhi & Dwarka Centres), Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhilai, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Bokaro,
Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Pune, Ranchi, Vijayawada
& Visakhapatnam which is available for MALE STUDENTS only, on the basis of merit. The hostel expenditure
to be borne by the Student is approximately Rs. 6,000/- to Rs. 10,000/- per month on double occupancy basis
and varies from one hostel to another and city to city. Expenses are subject to revision as and when required
without prior notice. FIITJEE also has hostel / lodging & boarding facility for FEMALE STUDENTS at select FIITJEE
centres. Appropriate assistance may be provided in locating paying guest accommodation for FEMALE
STUDENTS at other locations.

An Introduction to eNoteBook
(Applicable Only for students presently in Class VIII, IX & X and going to Class IX, X & XI in 2020)

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. With these inspirational words of
Nelson Mandela, FIITJEE invented eNoteBook in 2016. At FIITJEE students will use this eNotebook for the following
purpose.
 eBooks and Study Material : As per the program structure FIITJEE trainers will provide various reading material
to students on this eNoteBook.
 eCultMetamorphosis (eCM ) : Again as per the program structure FIITJEE trainers will provide to students
assignments for practice at home via this eNoteBook. Using this state of art technology, FIITJEE trainers can easily
monitor completeness and correctness of student’s attempts in these eAssignments a part of our Cult
Metamorphosis training Methodology.
 Practice Tests : Major competitive Examinations like JEE Main and JEE Advanced, AIIMS, JIPMER etc are
conducted online. More and more competitive examinations are turning online. Keeping pace with these
completive exams Practice tests in FIITJEE Program are conducted on line on this eNoteBook.
 Communicate : Using this eNotebook, students can send their problems and grievances to FIITJEE Trainers time
to time.
 Time Table, Class Attendance, students’ performance reports are all available to students and parents via this
eNoteBook.

level to JEE Main and to JEE Advanced or Boards to NEET and to AIIMS and JIPMER and beyond. We call our unique

Components of eNoteBook
1. Secure and Locked Tablet Device: Internet is full of Both Good and bad things. While developing eNoteBook
due attention has been given to protect our students from the bad things of internet. While the students will
be having an internet connected Tab in hand, it will connect only to Cult Metamorphosis Applications and
other FIITJEE content. Social media like Facebook, Whatsapp Internet browsing will remain disabled on the
Tab.
2. Regular Info like Time Table, circulars etc: This Tab ensures no critical info is missed out. Schedule of
classes, Circulars to students and parents all at one place. Not only this, an on Tab reservation utility for
focused group discussions.

3. Test Performance, View and Challenge answer keys: Concept wise analysis of your offline tests, If you
have a doubt in the answer key challenge it on the Tab and get the reply to your doubt directly from the
paper author.
4. Discussion with your Teachers: Got stuck in something and unable to raise your doubt in the class. Let your
Teacher know about it through the Tab. You can also interact with the Course Coordinator. Residential
program students can exchange messages to their parents as well.
 5. Parent Monitored Assignment Tests: Once the student’s feel on the basis of learning from the class that
he/she has crossed the CBSE level of understanding in a Topic, can attempt an online assignment test on CBSE
level at home under the supervision of parents. 2 levels of CBSE, 2 levels of JEE Main and 2 levels of JEE
Advanced. Level by Level student can see himself / herself going up in each concept / topic. Not only this,
taking the advantage of the technology, teacher also knows what a student is doing right and what wrong.
Accordingly, teacher will tune his / her lectures.
6. Instant Analysis of other Class Tests: Unlike in an OMR based tests where it takes 4/5 days to compile the
result, an online test on the Tab will give out the analysis almost instantaneously. This enables immediate
analysis and doubt removal of test writing students.

Note 1: Fee amount to be paid at the time of Admission cannot be paid by cheque or cash.
Note 2: The Course Fee amount to be paid at the time of admission can only be paid by Demand Draft / Pay Order / NEFT / UPI. For
more details on NEFT method of Fee payments please visit www.fiitjee.com/neft.
Note 3: The local /at par post-dated cheques are to be submitted at the time of admission only along with the Demand Draft
/ Pay Order / NEFT / UPI. Please ensure that the cheques towards fee payment must be as per CTS -2010 guidelines
specified by RBI. You may check the same with your bank.
Note 4: FIITJEE will remain closed on 1st January & 26th January 2020 on account of New Year Day & Republic Day respectively.
