Dear Parent,

Greetings from FIITJEE Kukatpally & Miyapur Team! Hope this mail finds you in good spirits.

As you are aware that due to Telangana State Government’s order, we are unable to continue 2 nd year
classes after 30th Mar. This order must be followed strictly by all the institutes. Most of you have a
question in mind how the syllabus for 2nd year will be completed and how we will train our students for
JEE MAIN 2020 Jan! Also, you all are concerned about your ward that he/she may not study during the
2-month holidays and waste time in unfruitful activities!

We understand your concern. We would like to discuss the plan we have made for our students. Firstly,
FIITJEE is open in April and May. All faculty will be available in the institute. You can come any day and
meet the faculty and discuss about your child. Students can come to FIITJEE and discuss any topic
with their faculty.

Since your child has joined FIITJEE in last June, it has been a roller coaster ride for him/her. The
schedule has been very hectic for him for full year. Almost all workbooks are still incomplete as they
had a jam-packed schedule during their 1st year. Now is the time where they can spend quality time to
revise all the topics, go through the completed portion of the workbooks and at the same time complete
the pending work. Most of the topics of earlier Phases need complete revision which they must do on
their own during these holidays. They can come to the Institute and meet their respective faculty to
clear all their doubts.

Secondly, as a parent, you do not have to worry about 2nd year syllabus. It will be completed well in
advance as we have been doing in past for so many years. Our students will get enough time to do
revision before JEE MAIN’20 Jan exam.

Thirdly, to help our students complete their revision, sitting comfortably at home during the peak
summer days, our faculty has prepared a meticulous academic plan for the holidays. We are attaching
a day wise academic plan to be followed by your child. Also, sometimes students are unable to decide
which subject to study and for how long, we have prepared a daily routine also. If they follow this
routine, they will emphasize equally on each subject and will be able to complete the syllabus of all the
three subjects easily during these holidays which is a must for their success in JEE MAIN’20 Jan exam.
They will never get solid 2-months period to revise complete syllabus peacefully and calmly. This
revision will guarantee their success in various competitive exams in 2020. Of course, this routine
will change in case you are taking them out for holidays. Then, they must plan to cover up
whatever portion they have missed out. Also, students can make changes in the daily routine as
per their wish, but they must study at least 7 hours a day.

Faculty will be releasing the assignments on mypat as per the daily revision schedule which students
must do to have good practice. They will be available in institute and students can come and discuss
any topic with them. To avoid unpleasant trip, kindly confirm the availability of faculty prior to your visit
with Mr. Kashinath by emailing at gvs.kashinath@fiitjee.com and aravind.kumar@fiitjee.com for
Miyapur and vyde.atchutamba@fiitjee.com for Kukatpally.

Wishing you all the best and looking forward to serving you in a much better way in future.
