The Thrifters Shop is a cellphone accessories business that is started by students who used their own
hands in manufacturing and selling mobile accessories. It is located at Robinsons Place Malolos in
Macarthur Highway, Malolos, Bulacan where you can actually see that a large number of consumers are
going here on a daily basis. We chose this as the location of our business because it is near at the
national road and can be easily headed by people in the community. Our business sells different
variations of mobile accessories such as phone cases ,mouse pad, cord clips & laptop case made with
any old/used denim fabrics. Chargers, adapters, assisting in application of screen protectors & tempered
glass are some of our additional products/services that we offer. We always make sure that our
customers will always feel welcomed and special once they step inside our store. The staffs are
packaged with the right attitude, energetic tone of voice when speaking and absolute portion of
knowledge to be qualified in serving our customers daily. The business is open for everyone, whether
you will buy something or just search for a specific need of your mobile phone/gadgets.

The Thrifters Shop can sell products easily in our chosen location. We chose Robinsons Place Malolos
because most of the millenials are here mostly everyday after school & on weekends just to relieve their
stress, and once they suddenly thought of wanting something new for their mobile phones, they will go
to the part or floor at the mall where our store is located, aligned with others and can be seen easily.
We offer special products that are customized and unique, made with our own hands that shows the we
are certainly putting a huge effort in each product we make to sell.

Manufacturing business is the business category of The Thrifters Shop, because we are the ones who
create, launch and develop the design of each product. We are the ones who make sure that our
products will undergo first a quality testing check and acts as the supplier of the merchandise. We are
using raw materials such as old/used denim fabrics, paints, stickers, and other miscellaneous designs to
make a finished good.

We chose to built this type of business because it is an easy way to have a source of income as students
and this will be a huge hit especially for youth. We know that they also have a demand on such products
in relevance and with mobile phone accessories. Also, most of them are sometimes considered as
impulsive buyer due to the sudden satisfaction whenever u see something eye catching. That’s why our
business can attract many customers when they pass through our store.

We chose this product because it doesn’t cost much to make & we are reusing secondhand materials.
This product can be helpful to make your life easier. We call our business as ‘Thrifter’s’ because we
created our products by being green to our environment. As a thrifter, we are engaging ourselves to
create something from used materials to a new finished product. we can assure you that the product we
are going to sell to you has reached all our standards and deserves to be bought with its forgiving price.

The customers of our business, The Thrifters Shop are everyone who is going inside the Robinsons Place
Malolos every single day whether it is a student, adult or even senior citizen. Also, for those people who
are outside the city can go to the mall and visit our store.

-To promote hand-made products which are durable/high quality but in low
-To satisfy the need and put smiles on the faces of our customers after purchasing our product
-To lessen the problem of phone chargers getting stretched and easily broken
-To cater most of the needs of our customers with the products and also the service we give to them.

-To promote our business on social medias by posting it on our Facebook page as well as on our
Instagram & Twitter account.
-To introduce our products on it so that people will get an idea of what is the use of our main product.
-To launch workshops that lets our customers create and customize their own chosen products like cc
holders and phone cases once a year as our anniversary promo.
-To give 10%-20% off sale on all products every 3rd Friday of the month.
-To make the prices of the products to be low to gain popularity and then increase it over time up to the
target price.

Our manufacturing facilities are either a house or the workplace/storage room in our store. This is very
important because this is where we create each product that we are going to sell and offer everyday to
our customers. Each day we create our best-seller product, the cc holder with new variations and
qualities so that our customers will see something dissimilar & pleasing to the eyes customized type of
designs.

V.Distribution and service plan

We selected physical store and online selling as our method on how we would like to sell our products
because first, the customers can see for themselves the good quality of each mobile accessory and can
be assisted & proven easily by our staffs. On the other hand, we also chose online selling for those who
aren’t living close to our location. So that our business and the products can be introduced to the
viewers of our social media pages and accounts can be available nationwide.
