Bank physicality study was done for Doti, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Sindhuli, Kalikot, Jumla, Nuwakot, Jhapa,Morang, Mugu,
Dailekh, Achham, Bajhang and Bajura based on the report following bank have the services of immediate cash(IC)
services, Cash in Bank Account(CBA), Mobile Money(MM) and Direct Cash(DC) services though there branch bank or
agent at the local level.

1. Citizen Bank: Citizen bank have agent for Rautahat where as they have branch bank at Jumula, Nuwakot,
Jhapa and Morang.
2. Civil Bank: Civil Bank have branch in Sarlahi, sindhuli, Jhapa, and Morang and giving the services of IC and
CBA and provding the services of MM through agent.
3. Deprocs: Deprocs have the facility of IC and CBA at Sarlahi, Rautahat, Sindhuli, Kalikot, Jumla, Nuwakot
Achham, Bajhang and Bajura.
4. Mega Bank: Mega Bank have the branch ar Rautahat, Sarlahi, Jhapa, Morang, Dailekh, Achham
