I Introduction

A business plan consist of a narrative and financial worksheets. The narrative template is the
body of the business plan. It contains more than 150 questions and divided into several sections.
Work through the sections in any order that you like Some will come more although the
Executive summary is included in front. Hold off and write it last. Skip the question that do not
apply to your business.
The real value of creating a business plan is not in having the finished product in hand,
although you will be proud of your work. The real benefits is the process researching,
strategizing and thinking about your business in a systematic way and from different areas. The
act of planning will help you to thinkthrough the study and research if you are not sure of the
facts. And look at your ideas critically. It takes time now but avoid costly, perhaps disastrous,
mistaken later.
This business plan is generic model suitable for all types of business. However, you should
modify it to suit your particular circumstances. It is typically takes several weeks to complete a
good plan. Most of the time spent in research and re- thinking your ideas and assumptions. But
then that is the value of the process. So make time to do the job properly.

The Business Concept and The Business Model


The pastillheart is a small business company. The company will start on February 14, 2020 in
J.Dimabiling St. Poblacion IV Indang, Cavitearea In front of Indang National High School-
Senior High School. This business plan will lay out our goal and task to make this successful and
create enough to succeed in this highly competitive market.
Goal
Our main goal is to serve the students by offering a healthy fare at affordable price.

Vission
We will working hard to make this product being popularized not only in our country but out of
the world.
Mission
Our mission is to provide our costumers with a comportable and relaxing atmosphere while
enjoying quality of food and services.

Objective
To maintain the high standards,quality of foods and services.
II Executive Summary

Pastillheart is a small business with an extraordinary service that will provided a high quality for
the students and costumers needs also a services with an enjoyable with family, friends and
relativesat a reasonable price.
Pastillheart will offer s variety of choices, drinks not only foods forthe students and our
costumersto encourage them to buy our product.
Pastillheart’s main goal is to serve the students and the costumers by offering a healthy fare at
affordable prices.
III The Business Proponents: Organizers with their
Capabilities and Contribution.

The business proponents of the business are the six member of the group that can be a student
entrepreneur.
Each of them has something to contribute and it divided based on their interest, capabilities,
andskills.

Dividing each member and giving the work that they want. Because each members have passion
and they love what they are doing. And it can make the business more successful.
The resource mobilizers and financial backer would be the investors who are willing to invest
money in our business. The six members in our group can act as the mobilizers and financial
backer because they will be the one who will share for the capital in our business.
Some of our group member will give a task of being technology provider and applicators
because they are the one who willthink of technologies that the business needs. And they are also
the one who will budget. And think if the budget is enough to make use technologies and if there
is sufficient fund that we can use to pay for it.
For the governance and top management, our leader and assistant leader who will be
handling about managing the business. They are the one who lead their members so they can
follow and obeyed their command. All of the members in a group should be participate because
as a team in a business we should accept the suggestion and approval of each individual is very
important in this part because they will be able to formulate different concept and ideas that can
help to improve the business.
The last one is the operating and support team that includes all the members. They will be the
one who will make the main product which is the pastillas. The other members can operate for
the establishments of the business. There are also members who will represent and advertised the
business. And of course the one who have skills when it comes to sales talk. The other members
who will be the one will sell of the products and the one who will handle the money.

to the Costumer

The first lunch of the product will held at Indang National High School- Senior High School. So
the target costumers will be the students, teachers and the other staffs. And also the outsider is
allowed to comeinside and they will also be the one of our target costumers.

low cost the product and give an extraordinary service.

We want in our product to be competitive enough to the existing product. In order to achieve
that we would create a strategy that will help us show the uniqueness of our product and one of
those strategies are the unique flavor of pastillas.

 To promote our product, we allotted money for posters.
 To endorsed our product we endosed it through social networking sites like facebook,
Twitter and Instagram.
 To advertise, we advertised our product through social media because most of the target
market is aware on facebook and YouTube. And it easier for them to know our product.
Anything in social media is easy to disseminate to others even without payment just
posting it. Andthe people will recognize it and being interested in our product.

environment. The law ensures proper segregation, collection, storage, treatment and disposal of
solid waste through the formulation and adaptation of best eco-waste products.

REPUBLIC ACT 9275 PHILIPPINE CLEAN WATER ACT OF 2004

The law aims to protect the country's water bodies from pollution from land-based sources
(industries and commercial establishments, agriculture and community/household activities). It
provides for comprehensive and integrated strategy to prevent and minimize pollution through a
multi-sectoral and participatory approach involving all the stakeholders.

to human health. It likewise prohibits the entry, even in transit, of hazardous and nuclear wastes
and their disposal into the Philippine territorial limits for whatever purpose; and to provide
advancement and facilitate research and studies on toxic chemicals.
