Eligibility Criteria for Administrative Positions

2 Assistant MBA (Finance) / MPA with at least 2nd 35 Balochistan
Director Division or equivalent qualification from
(Procurement) HEC recognized University. Three (3) years
(BPS-17) of relevant work experience in public
procurement in any Govt./Semi
Govt./Autonomous organization and
knowledge of PPRA rules. Preference will be
given to the candidates having experience in
procurement section from a HEC recognized
university.
3 Assistant MA/M.Sc/MBA/MPA or postgraduate 35 Balochistan
Controller preferably in 1st class or equivalent
(Examinations) qualification from HEC recognized
(BPS-17) University. Three (3) years’ experience in a
post equivalent to BPS-16 in university /
College / Government Department /
Autonomous Organization.
Certificate in Computer including office
automation package and latest windows
operating system.
4 Assistant BS/BCS/MSC or equivalent degree in 35 Balochistan
Director-IT Computer Engineering / Computer Science/
(BPS-17) I.T from a HEC recognized University with
three (3) years’ experience in the relevant
field.
Certification of
CCNA/RED/HAT/LINUX/Active
Directory/Exchange
Server/SQL/Oracle/IIS/ASP/NET/VPN
Servers/MPC/MCSA/MCESE/MCITP/MCPD
from a recognized institution required;
Experience to including networking, network-
designing and development and
administration of I.T Infrastructure, system
administration trouble shooting and in-depth
knowledge of equipment used in data center.
5 Assistant Postgraduate qualification in Library Science, 35 Balochistan
Librarian preferably in 1st class or equivalent
(BPS-16) qualification from HEC recognized
University. Two (2) years’ experience in
Library Administration in a post equivalent to
BPS-16 in a university / College /
Government Department / Autonomous
Organization or Postgraduate Diploma in
Library Science with Five (5) years’
experience in the relevant field.
Certificate in Computer including office
automation package and latest windows
operating system.
6 Assistant BS or equivalent degree in Computer 35 Balochistan
System/Network Engineering / Computer Science/ I.T from a
Engineer HEC recognized University with two (2)
(BPS-16) years’ experience in the relevant field.
(System Administration, Web development or
Networking) certification of
CCNA/Networking/switching protocols and
routers from a recognized institution will be
added advantage.
Preference shall be given to the candidates
having higher qualification and experience in
networking and network-designing.
7 Cataloger Graduation with certificate of diploma in 35 Balochistan
(BPS-14) library science and computer knowledge, at
least two (2) years of experience in the
relevant field in a university / College /
Government Department / Autonomous
Organization.
8 Security Graduation and at least two (2) years’ of 35 Balochistan
Supervisor relevant experience, Retired Army/ Police
(BPS-14) person, not below the rank of a Naib
Subedar/Inspector from Pakistan Army/Police
will be preferred.
9 IT Technician Intermediate / Diploma at least 2nd division 35 Balochistan
(BPS-11) relevant qualification from a recognized
institution, One (1) year of relevant
experience in a university / College /
Government Department / Autonomous
Organization.
10 Graphic Intermediate/Diploma in graphic designing at 35 Balochistan
Designer least 2nd division, from a recognized
(BPS-11) institution, one (1) year of relevant experience
as graphic designer in a university / College /
Government Department / Autonomous
Organization.
11 Electrician Certificate from a recognized Technical 35 Balochistan
(BPS-08) Training Centre or equivalent qualification.
Experience in the relevant field will be given
preference.
Preference will be given to the candidates
having matriculation.
12 Plumber Certificate from a recognized Technical 35 Balochistan
(BPS-08) Training Centre or equivalent qualification.
Experience in the relevant field will be given
preference.
Preference will be given to the candidates
having matriculation.
13 Photocopier Matriculation with one (1) year of relevant 35 Balochistan
Operator experience as photocopier operator, higher
(BPS-04) qualification and technical knowledge of the
photocopier shall be preferred.
14 Cook Matriculation with 2 years cooking 35 Balochistan
(BPS-05) experience.
15 Helper Cook Matriculation preferred 35 Balochistan
(BPS-02)
16 Sweeper Matriculation preferred 35 Balochistan
(BPS-02)

Eligibility criteria for Faculty Positions:

As per Higher Education Commission eligibility criteria for appointment in the relevant faculty
positions under BPS is available at the link below;

GAT (Subject) test for the position of Lecturers will be conducted by the National Testing Service
(NTS);

Candidates who have qualified NTS GAT (Subject) test shall be accepted subject to submission of
valid result card issued by NTS.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Application must be submitted on prescribed “Employment Form” available in Jobs Section


at the university website: www.mckru.edu.pk.
2. Application processing fee of Rs. (3,000/- for BPS 19, BPS-18, BPS-17), (Rs. 2,000/- for BPS
16), (Rs. 1,000/- for BPS 14, BPS-11), (Rs. 300/- for BPS 08) can be submitted in form of bank
draft in favor of Registrar, Mir Chakar Khan Rind University (MCKRU), Sibi or can be
deposited through bank challan in UBL Bank Sibi Branch Account No: 000258710199.
3. The BPS-05 and below shall be exempted form application processing fee.
4. Application processing fee shall be non refundable not transferable.
5. Duly filled applications on prescribed “Employment Form” along with four (04) recent
passport size photographs, attested true copies of all educational degrees, experience
certificates, CNIC and local / domicile must be submitted to the office of the Registrar, Mir
Chakar Khan Rind University, Luni road Sibi on or before the last date.
6. In case of candidate applies for more than one post, separate envelope for each application
shall be used.
7. Incomplete or applications received after due date shall not be entertained.
8. In case of foreign degree, equivalency certificate from HEC must be submitted with the
application.
9. Age limit not more than 35 years of age at the time of closing date of the applications, upper
age limit relaxation shall be admissible as per the notification of Government of Balochistan.
10. The university reserves the right to change number of posts, cancel advertised posts, not to
fill any post, partly or as whole without assigning any reason.
11. The university shall also reserve the right to withhold the appointment against any
advertised post or to accept / reject any application without assigning any reason.
12. Hiding facts and providing mis-information may lead to termination even after selection of
candidate (s) at any stage.
13. Canvassing in any manner or form will disqualify the candidature.
14. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test / interview and no TA/DA shall be
admissible.
15. Obtaining highest marks in written test does not confer the right of selection; however final
selection shall be decided by the MCKRU Selection Committee / Selection Board as the case
may be.
16. The decision of the Selection Committee / Selection Board of Senate and Syndicate as the
case may be shall not be challenged at any court of law at any stage.
17. The selected candidates shall be responsible for getting properly relieved from their parent
departments (if any).
18. Candidates who are already in service may apply through proper channel and submit NOC
with the application.
19. The over / under qualified approach may be considered during shortlisting.
20. Decision of the university shall remain binding in all cases.
21. Errors / omissions are subject to rectifications.
22. Recruitment test will be conducted by NTS as the case may be.
23. Last date for submission of application is December 30, 2019.
