INTRODUCTION

The human body composes a lot of activities and mechanisms inside. One of
these is homeostasis which is the process by which an organism maintains the
composition of the extracellular fluid (ECF) and the intracellular fluid (ICF) in a steady
state condition (Wang, 2001). In homeostasis, the internal body conditions operate
within a small range while the external conditions change drastically (Mader, 2005). A
lot of the daily human activities contribute to the balance of the body conditions. The
best example of these activities is performing an exercise. Rigorous physical drills
like squats, push-ups, strength building, cardiovascular workouts, and other
endurance training contribute to fluctuations in body temperature, water balance, and
cardiac activities in the system. During such strenuous exercises, there’s a
noticeable change in breathing, heart rate, and pulse rate—all of which are
increasing in rate. These changes are the natural reaction of cardiovascular system
when it comes to exercise (Harmon, 2011).

In this experiment, the aim is to understand the association of intensive body

exercises on the internal functions of the body. Examining the results on how the
human body copes up with the different external environments and how does it
maintain its stability will also be another target of this study. Parameters like the
blood pressure, heart rate, breathing, etc. will be used to obtain the needed data.
This experiment is intended to assess people with their daily routine and what certain
activities should be removed or incorporated using the findings and conclusion at the
end of the paper.
